This experience, in a nutshell
I welcome you aboard. The Bandol region is in my opinion the most suitable region to come and spend a holiday aboard a sailboat.
It offers bays bordered by beaches, a navigation basin suitable for different types of weather, less than a day from Marseille.
From Bandol to Marseille, the creeks offer us dream anchorages , climbing spots, hiking areas and many natural shelters to stay there in complete safety.
The route to the Calanques of Marseille and Cassis:
- We will leave the small fishing port of Brusc, in the direction of the beak of the eagle which is near La Ciotat. There is the Green Island which marks the beginning of a grandiose panorama, the cliffs of Cassis.
- Depending on the weather, we will decide to drop anchor facing the extremely well sheltered beaches, between Île Verte and Cap des Moulins, in the Baie de la Vierge.
- Then we will closely follow the cliffs of Cap Canaille which will take us to Cassis. Once through the bay, we will sail in the Calanques Natural Park.
- The calanque de Port-Miou, the calanque de Port-Pin, the calanque d'en Vau, the eguille de l'Eissadon, the calanque Saint-Jean de Dieu, the calanque de Sugiton, the calanque de Morgiou, the calanque de la Triperie, the calanque de Sormiou, the bec de Sormiou.
- We will decide on the spot depending on the weather, in which to drop anchor to sleep in the most beautiful anchorages of the French Riviera. Facing further west we will see the islands of Marseille in the wild.
- The island of Riou, the calanque de Monasterio, the island of Jarre, the island Calsereigne, or Plane, and the Île Maire which leads us to the harbor of Marseille and the Frioul archipelago.
- The castle of IF (count of Monté Christo) and if you wish a tour in the old port of Marseille.
- For the return we will visit the creeks and the islands in front of which we may have passed too quickly and we will get closer to Bandol and a charming cove, the cove of Port D'ALON, a swim in the bay of Moutte, An anchorage sheltered from the east winds at the end of the bay of Bandol, the bay of Gorguette.
- If we still have time, a stopover on the private Ricard islands, the island of Embiez. Elected 1st port of call on the French Riviera. We will return to the port of Brusc between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on the last day of the cruise.

Nous avons passé une super croisière et avons été très bien coaché par Jean. Ils nous a bien fait progresser dans toutes les manœuvres à la voile mais aussi dans les règles et bonnes pratiques de la vie à bord.
De très beaux mouillages, un cadre magique dans une très bonne ambiance et de bons moments partagés..qui nous donnent envie de continuer ces expériences!

Une croisiere de navigation en toute sécurité. Jean est un navigateur paisible et tres pédagogue ce qui ne l'empêche pas d'être cool et à l'écoute du passager avec une grande bienveillance. J'ai adoré ces quelques jours dans des lieux rares et des mouillages qui permettaient de faire du snorkelling. Je reviens enchantée et fière d'avoir barré .

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de navigation sous la direction de Jean qui est un excellent pédagogue (nous sommes des néophytes !). Il nous a trouvé de magnifiques mouillages et nous a fait profiter de ses connaissances avec beaucoup de patience. Toujours à votre attention Jean est le meilleur skipper qui puisse être ! N'hésitez pas à vous embarquer avec lui !

E’ stata la vacanza in vela più emozionante della mia vita. E ne ho fatte tante in 13 anni, sono stata anche alle Grenadine e alle Seychelles. Ma questa volta si sono incrociate una serie di condizioni eccezionali: la bellezza prepotentemente selvaggia delle Calanques, che sembrano delle Highlands gettate nel Mediterraneo, una barca molto particolare, che non dimenticherò mai, uno skipper espertissimo, che conosce ogni roccia e i migliori approdi di quell’itinerario (e non te lo fa vedere, te lo fa vivere), il fatto che a navigare con lui c’ero solo io . Per fortuna non ho esitato ad andare anche se non c’erano altri a bordo. Per fortuna Jean mi ha fatto partire anche da sola. Perché vedere in due, e molto spesso in silenzio, gli aspri fiordi, le pareti rocciose, le piccole isole, i pugni di case che appaiono in fondo alle poche Calanques abitate, mi ha consentito la massima immersione in quella natura così forte da ammutolire. L’impatto e’ stato profondissimo. E Jean si è rivelato una guida esperta, attenta, calma, competente, che ogni sera mi faceva vedere le carte nautiche e mi spiegava dove saremmo andati, che ha cercato di mostrarmi come si vive a bordo di una barca a vela e mi ha insegnato a vedere come cambia la percezione di un sito naturale a seconda delle ore delle giorno, quando non si ha fretta di andare di qui e di la’ e si accetta di fermarsi in ogni luogo un’ intera giornata e una notte. Siamo stati sempre in rada: non ho mai fatto tanti bagni in vita mia. A bordo poi ci sono una poltrona da esterni, materassini di cotone con il cuscino per leggere o prendere il sole comodamente e la dinette sembra un salotto provenzale. Insomma, non potevo visitare le Calanques meglio di così. Un’esperienza che non dimenticherò facilmente.
