About me

Buongiorno e benvenuto !

My experience

Croatia's heavenly mooring

Experience to forget. During an interminable week, the skipper Bernard "granted" us only four quick baths (one of which even in a port ...), the rest only navigation and formalities to be carried out. I felt kidnapped on that damn boat, I couldn't wait for the nightmare to end. And to think that I had left with so much enthusiasm, I had already sailed in the split archipelago three years ago, falling in love with it, and I wanted to share this dream with my boyfriend ...

Croatia's heavenly mooring

Ferdinando L.

Defining the holiday the trip just made is certainly an understatement! As soon as I left the skipper rebukes me for having exchanged jokes with a traveling companion, arrived in Croatia he does not have the faintest idea of the documents to do and where to do them (so hours if not days to carry out paperwork) and then tells us that we are not vacationers but "sailors" and as such obliged to work on board! Every berth turned into tragedy with nervousness skyrocketing. Old boat with various failures (GPS, diesel tank and ultimately failed engine). In a week we could only allow ourselves 2 bathrooms. In short, a skipper unprepared for the trip, insecure in navigation and inadequate in relations with tourists.
