Sono un appassionato del mare in genere, nuoto surf canoa subacquea ed in particolare della VELA. La pratico come agonista nelle regate e piacevolmente nella crociera. Nel corso di questi ultimi 20 anni ho insegnato la pratica della vela a molti giovani ed anche a quelli meno..... A parte la pluridecennale esperienza di conduzione delle barche la mia cucina è particolarmente apprezzata. Vi aspetto!!

Mimmo?! Un lupo di mare! Una barca piccolina ma con i comfort necessari. Grande chef, con particolare conoscenza della cucina tipica pugliese, sa godersi la vita e lascia l'equipaggio libero di partecipare alle manovre o di gozzovigliare fino a tarda notte! Conosce molto bene le calette delle isole greche e la costa pugliese e sa come far sentire a proprio agio i diversi ospiti. Consigliata dieta pre-partenza! :-)
