CATAMARAN SAILING - CROSSING - OCEAN SAILING FROM TENERIFE, ACROSS THE ATLANTIC, THROUGH THE MEDITERRANEAN, TO CAGLIARI SARDINIA:

In spring 2024, the Lagoon 42 will sail from Tenerife to Sardinia. In 4 weeks from via La Gomera, La Palma, Madeira, Gibraltar, Mallorca to Cagliari/Sardinia. Total about 2000 nm. A sailing trip for demanding sailors, but also for sailing license candidates who need nautical miles. FUEL COSTS ARE PAID BY THE OWNER!. Only on-board cash for groceries and 1 - 2 overnight marina stays.

You will learn to sail catamarans, set and reef the sails independently and take over night watches. Weather and schedule permitting, guests will get MINI CATAMARAN TRAINING: you will receive a small lesson to learn how to manoeuvre with both engines.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We will be shopping for groceries on Saturday mornings for the entire week. In Spain, the shops are closed at 1 pm. After shopping, we get ready for the crossing.

The distance of 630 nm is non-stop. We expect 6 days and nights crossing. Night wake in 2 or 3 hour mode.

Once in Gibraltar, we can have dinner in Gibraltar at the end.

In Gibraltar there is a change of crew. Our guests are needed on Saturday with rental car to Malaga airport. Service is free of charge. We are at Malaga airport at 14.30 on Saturday afternoon. Flights from Malaga are usually cheaper to fly from Gibraltar via London.
