This experience, in a nutshell

We have 20 years of experience in organising sailing holidays in Greece and Caribbean, having thousands of happy customers on board our boats from all over the world, appreciated as one of the 10 best sailing holidays in Europe by the prestige international journal.

The ultimate route in Saronic is a mix of sailing, swimming/relaxing in beautiful bays and sightseeing unbelievable must-visit ancient landmarks.

A typical day with us: wake up, eat breakfast, have some coffee in the village or a little walk to stretch the legs before we sail away.
We tend to sail for a few hours each day before we reach a beautiful bay for anchoring. Then we have time for snorkelling, swimming, sunbathing, exploring the bay/island, reading books etc. Chef will prepare lunch (Greek salad seems perfect for the hot day), have some down time, maybe even a little siesta before we sail away. Spend the afternoon sailing and for those that wish, a chance to learn how to steer, pull a rope, tie a knot or for others it can be a time to relax and sunbathe on deck. Before the evening comes, we will reach a new island, moor in a lovely small village and explore the new place. As a rule of thumb, in the evening we go to a traditional Taverna to try some awesome local food as well as the delicious Greek wine, dance, listen to live music and relax! No hurry, that is our main theme! ;-)

The boat is sailed by one of our trusted skippers and hostess Agatka (Aga's sister).

----------

An example of an attraction: WINERY
A few years ago we introduced a new attraction that was very much enjoyed by our guests - a trip to the small, local vineyard with international wine awards and the vines growing in volcanic soil. It is a very special family-run place (NOT a tourist trap), we are the only tourists visiting this place. Father is a very funny guy who makes the tour and tells all about the wine making in the family (they even put some of the bottles at the bottom of the sea to give the special flavour) and Mamma (who doesn't speak English) cooks local dinner from ingredients coming from her garden. During wine tasting (which is more like wine drinking) every bottle (usually around 5-6, white, rosé and red) comes with a different meal that is well selected for this type of wine. After this amazing feast our hosts (if they are in the mood) show us the traditional Greek dance and songs. It is an unforgettable night! All food is homemade (also feta!) and absolutely the best and the experience is as Greek as you can get!

-----------

The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions and crew decisions. The below legs are possible options, not a strict plan. The order of legs is random.
The starting point will be either Aegina main town or Perdika (on the south tip of the island) and will be confirmed on Friday afternoon (the day before start of the charter) after mooring via WhatsApp in a group chat. Perdika is about 8-10 minutes taxi ride from the ferry. The departure is on Sunday morning and arrival back to the starting point on Friday around noon.

Our itinerary

Our trip starts here:

Check-in: 6:00 PM

Our trip ends here:

Aegina.

Check-out: 8:00 AM

Leg 1

Aegina main town / Agia Marina

stunning Temple of Aphaia one of the ancient architectural wonders, built on the hill of Aegina Islands (also known as pistachio island) - beautiful and unique; on Aegina we also have a possible trip to family-run pistachio plantation, where you can see how the pistachio grow and find out why there is only one male for 100 woman :) In the evening we go for dinner with live music on a typical greek instrument bouzouki - learning "boat dance" is a plan for the night! :)

Leg 2

UNESCO Heritage

On the way there is a UNESCO heritage ancient theatre in Epidavros (the best preserved in the world with incredible acoustics hard to Find nowadays. When you drop a coin on stage you can hear the sound in the last row); in Epidavros we have dinner in our favourite family-run Taverna where the tables are situated under the Orange trees - absolutely stunning (you can eat one growing directly above your head). Plus the owner is a woman (not very popular in Greece), which makes the place magic! In the Bay outside Epidavros we anchor next to sunken city - snorkelling from the boat over ancient town below the water on depth of 1.5-2m;

UNESCO Heritage

Leg 3

Secret Harbour

Next our secret harbour (with one family-run taverna and no shop) that can fit only 7 boats. The relaxed vibe and the beauty of the village hidden between high mountains is infectious, often said to be the most beautiful spot in all of Saronic. Very local place which is known only by those who have sailed there for many years. Other port that we may visit - Methana, a slow town away from crowds with natural volcanic hot springs. Back pain, stress or tense muscles? We got you covered with 15 minutes in those amazing waters! From there we can make a trip to an amazing local winery and try somefamous Peloponnese wine!

Secret Harbour

Leg 4

Poros

Poros - an Island with unforgettable views and the best grilled dorada we ever ate (and we travel a lot!). After supper at Mike’s we can go for a nice walk / hike up the hill to reach a small typical chapel from which you have one of the best views in Saronic! A little meditation at the top will be a perfect ending of the adventurous day. On the way down to an Ice cream place - the pistachio flavour from local nuts will make you come back for it the next day!

Poros

Leg 5

Agistri

Night on anchor tied to the rocks with a private swimming pool :) the waters around Agistri are the most beautiful in all Saronic - blue and crystal clear. Time to use the paddle boards, kayak, snorkel ect. In the evening we go by dinghy to our favorite local fish and seafood taverna in which we ate the best tuna carpaccio in our life! they have their own fishing boat, so the fish is always fresh and catch of the day only

Agistri

Leg 6

Perdika or Aegina

Perdika - a small fishing village where you can find the nicest people in the world; the family that runs our favourite Taverna, after many years became our close friends, almost like family members. Kalotina and Notis will make sure that you will get the best service and be treated with care. Mamma is making absolutely the best moussaka in the whole of Greece! The tzatziki with homemade yogurt is a life changer :)

*Perdika or Aegina - its either or, depending on the starting point

Perdika or Aegina

Leg 7

Hydra - an optional stop

Depending on the wind we may also visit Hydra, jewel of the Saronic - an island with no car traffic - all the transportation is done only by donkeys; the sunset in Hydra is said to be even more beautiful than in Santorini. No wonder why this island is a place for summer houses for many film stars and singers. At the top after Long hike you can visit monks in a monastery. The architecture is absolutely amazing and one of a kind - maze of streets was built that way to protect from Pirate attacks. Getting Lost there is a very nice experience.:) *

*depending on the availability in the busy port or waeather condition, we may anchor in the bay and guests go to town by water taxi for an extra charge.

Hydra - an optional stop

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

The Tour was great - we had a marvelous time with our family (including two 14-year-old boys) and the other guests. Skipper Tom and our host Aga are very kind and professional. We enjoyed the cuisine and the tour plan including a trip to Hydra. Tom was one of the best skippers I have been with, combining an eye for safety with calm and decisive seamanship. Aga made everything else possible be it recommending places and restaurants but also considering allergies and other specifics. The sea and the landscape are fantastic. Big thanks to the entire team!

From the moment we stepped aboard [hidden] Cat, Aga and Greg made us feel like welcomed friends rather than guests. Aga is so much more than an incredible cook—she is an exceptional host. She has a genuine talent for making everyone feel comfortable and cared for. She was endlessly patient, always checking that everyone was happy, explaining everything with a smile, and creating such a warm, relaxed atmosphere on board. Every meal she prepared was fresh, healthy, and absolutely delicious. We ate incredibly well all week! Every single ingredient is organic fresh and simply delicious 😋 Greg was equally fantastic. He was always positive, calm, and professional, giving us complete confidence from the moment we set sail. We trusted him completely and always felt safe, whether we were sailing between islands or spending the night anchored in peaceful, crystal-clear bays. One of the most magical parts of the trip was sleeping at anchor under the stars and waking up surrounded by the sea. Greg and Aga took us to stunning hidden islands and secluded coves that we never would have discovered on our own—beautiful, authentic places far from the usual tourist crowds. The catamaran itself was extremely comfortable, very well equipped, and impeccably maintained. We slept wonderfully every night and had everything we could possibly need on board. Greg and Aga are wonderful people, outstanding hosts, and they made this one of the best holidays we’ve ever had 🐬😍💙🧿
