Corfu is served by the international airport ""Ioannis Kapodistrias"" (CFU), located northeast of Corfu town about 12-15 km from Benitses; taxis, buses, and car rental services are available from the terminal; taxi transfer 20-30 minutes, bus transfer via Corfu town 25-40 minutes in total depending on connections; The airport receives domestic and seasonal flights from European hubs and in peak seasons the frequency increases, while for direct connections from intercontinental hubs it is necessary to consider stopovers at European airports.

Maritime connections to Corfu depart mainly from the port of Igoumenitsa on the mainland; vehicle ferries and passenger hydrofoils connect Igoumenitsa to Corfu (Kerkyra port) with varying average durations: hydrofoils 45-60 minutes, ferries 1-2 hours depending on the route and stops; operators on the routes include local and regional airlines and, for connections via Italy to Igoumenitsa, international operators such as Anek Lines, Superfast/Blue Star and other seasonal carriers; on arrival in Corfu the continuation by road to Benitses takes about 15-25 minutes along the southern coast of the town.

The skipper – and any crew members, if applicable – sleeps in a dedicated cabin, separate from those reserved for guests, which is not included in the count of guest cabins shown on the boat listing.

Apart from a single cabin with a bunk bed, which is located on the sailboat, all the others are double. Couples will have a double cabin, those who book individually share a cabin with another traveler of the same gender or in exceptional cases it may happen that it is of a different gender. Seats/cabins are assigned by extraction. YOU CAN'T CHOOSE THE CABIN.

Yes, it is possible to reserve a single cabin, but in this case the price is equal to that of two shares.

The provisions will be purchased by the participants immediately after boarding.

The skipper can give advice and can also help, but the preparation of meals is an activity shared by all participants in the experience. Everyone must collaborate. This type of holiday works in this way.

All participants are responsible for cleaning the common areas on board.

Travelling light is recommended: especially in summer, when you will almost exclusively be wearing swimwear, T-shirts, and shorts on the boat during the day. A sweatshirt and long pants for the evening may be sufficient in the height of summer, while something warmer is preferable in the cooler months, as well as a waterproof windbreaker in case of bad weather or when sailing. Sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun, flip-flops/sandals for going ashore; if you want to wear shoes on board - especially useful when sailing - they must have white soles and be used only on the boat. It may also be useful to bring a small waterproof container for your wallet/cell phone to use when going ashore. For bed linen and towels, please refer to the “What's included” section.

Hair dryers, hair straighteners, and other appliances that operate on 220V (household voltage) can only be used during stops in ports, when a power outlet is available for connection to the electrical grid.

A soft bag is required for transporting luggage, so that it can be easily stowed away. Hard suitcases and trolleys should be avoided, as they are difficult, if not impossible, to stow. A small backpack or beach bag may be useful for shore excursions.

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed on board.

Yes, but outside the boat and downwind, and always with full respect for the other participants. Under no circumstances is it permitted to throw cigarette butts into the sea.

The boat is equipped with both 12V sockets (with USB and/or cigarette lighter connectors) that can normally be used at any time, and 220V sockets that can only be used when docked in ports, once connected to the charging stations on the quay.

Usually, we moor in a bay at night, with the possibility of going ashore using the dinghy. However, we will stop in port, as planned in the itinerary, to refill our water and/or provisions, as well as to enjoy a pleasant evening ashore.
