Born as a racing-cruising boat, a bit spartan, over the years I have made it more and more comfortable and complete: awning, teak stern equipped for descent to the sea and diving, as well as sunbathing while sailing quietly and outside the operating spaces of the cockpit, teak deck, 2 benches in the cockpit for the teak helmsman which are real "armchairs" complete with backrest and armrests. Folding and foldable Teak cockpit table, almost "invisible" during navigation and cockpit manoeuvres, but comfortable and spacious at anchor for lunches in the shade of the awning. 

At the bow there is a pulpit equipped in teak to become a real springboard for diving from the bow. L The boat is a rudder-sensitive, fast, upwind boat, thanks to the battened mainsail, three-bladed prop max. propeller, 18 m mast, 90 sqm of sail area on a 41 foot. At the bow there is a removable bowpress and 2 Gennakers (one light and one heavier) always ready to be hoisted (Gennaker sheets always ready). When the crew is well knit and has become familiar with the boat, the Gennaker goes on and our boat becomes "bad". We do this often. Below deck: new storage rooms, bench for the chart table, handrails covered in leather, microwave, new GPS that can be connected in WiFi to Ipad, cushions, lots of wood everywhere maintained in a maniacal way, 2 bathrooms.

This year then the new Volvo Penta D2 40 4-cylinder naturally aspirated engine, to replace the original Volvo Penta turbo 2003 T 3-cylinder kept and treated very well, but which with its 27 years was showing signs of fatigue and it was also difficult to find some original spare parts. Our boat has been enriched with many modifications, always studied and designed by the writer, made with care and attention to detail in fine materials and "sparing no expense". It does not show its seniority at all, it is admired in port for the equipment, the attention to detail, the order with which it is maintained and so it has never been changed for a new boat. It continues to give us a lot of satisfaction. We've also added solar panels on board.
