This experience, in a nutshell

The Archipelago Sport course, in addition to providing the basics of sailing, is oriented towards recreation and knowledge of the marine area of the Piombino channel and the Island of Elba and is aimed at people with any level of sailing experience. Access to the course does not require pre-requisites.

TOPICS COVERED

Wind rose, seafaring knots, fundamental concepts such as windward, leeward, luffing, laying, approaching, use and adjustments of mainsail and jib, tack in the bow, choice of edges, drift, tack downwind, real wind, apparent wind and gust, start and finish at the buoy, cream and hood, recovery of the man overboard. The sails used range from jib and mainsail to gennaker and spinnaker.

Grande Stefano , corso regata sotto la pioggia battente con mare formato e "botte" da 30 nodi di vento. Credo che solo così si possa imparare veramente a navigare. Il tutto sempre e comunque in sicurezza e sotto la sua supervisione . Grazie anche a Germano che ci ha guidato per la regata che abbiamo fatto il giorno successivo (questa volta sotto il sole). Ottimo staff

Esperienza fantastica! Stefano e gli altri istruttori si sono dimostrati molto competenti e professionali. Le giornate ben organizzate fra teoria e molta pratica. A non tutti potrebbe piacere la foresteria, se siete schizzinosi magari cercate un alloggio a parte.

Un’esperienza fantastica. Team estremamente professionale che dà la possibilità a tutti di potersi approcciare a questa meravigliosa passione. Le giornate sono ben bilanciate tra teoria (quanto basta) e pratica (a volontà!). Istruttori pazienti e motivati: Marta, nonostante abbia solo 23 anni, ha leadership da vendere. Si respira l’amore per il mare, prima di tutto.
