This experience, in a nutshell

We will be in Punta Ala (GR) on Thursday 1 November to set sail for Portortoferraio (Elba Island) where we will spend the night.
Friday 2 November we set off early in the morning, bow on Capraia (about 20 M) we have to arrive before noon .... and we immerse ourselves completely in the atmosphere of the Totano Festival, between gastronomic events and the festive atmosphere brought by the dozens of crews that populate the event.

If the weather is with us and we want to surf, we can sail to Bastia (Corsica, about 20M) and spend them on Saturday night and then return to Punta Ala on Sunday .... a beautiful sail in the sea of November and a beautiful occasion of celebration on the wonderful island of Capraia.

We sail aboard a comfortable GrandSoleil 43 with 3 cabins, 2 bathrooms, full teak in the cockpit and on the deck

Equipaggio super! Itinerario alla scoperta dei posti magici di Elba e Capraia. Abbiamo veleggiato il più possibile. Il capitano ci ha fatto condurre la barca. Cambusiere sempre in pista, birra artigianale, buon vino e pesce. Esperienza intensa. I cieli in rada indimenticabili.

Prima esperienza in barca a vela per me e devo ringraziare Davide, per averla resa splendida. E' uno skipper eccezionale, molto attento, disponibile, simpatico ed è anche un ottimo cuoco, caratteristica da non sottovalutare. Tra lezioni di vela e di carteggio, tuffi in acque cristalline ed aperitivi, il divertimento ed il relax sono assicurati. Anche in condizioni meteo sfavorevoli, Davide si è dimostrato pronto e preparato. Consiglio a tutti una vacanca con lui. I miei ringraziamenti vanno anche al resto dell'equipaggio, "Mario" in primis! Buon vento!
