YES, the deposit of €3,000 will be left by the skipper by cheque. In case of damage, the amount will be divided among all the people on board and paid at the charter upon disembarkation.

On-board expenses will be divided among all people on board except the skipper. The common expenses will be: the galley, the fuel of the boat and tender and the stop in the Marina of Portovenere. The total amount per person for the whole weekend will be from 30 to 50€ (depending on the galley).

The galley will be embarked by the crew at embarkation. It is advisable to buy the galley in your city before leaving because the supermarket near the Marina closes early and is very small.

The Marina di Fezzano is easily accessible by train from all over Italy. From La Spezia Centrale station you can take a taxi (about 10 minutes) or bus line 11/P towards Portovenere, with the "Fezzano Borgo" stop a few minutes walk from the marina.

During the cruise, the crew will also have important responsibilities such as buying and embarking the galley, cooking, keeping the common areas clean and tidy (e.g. galley and cockpit) and helping the skipper in maneuvers when required. There will be NO HOSTESS on board

NO. No sailing experience is required, the skipper will be responsible for navigation and safety on board. During the cruise it will be NECESSARY for the whole crew to actively participate by helping the skipper in simple activities that will be explained on board, such as using the anchor remote control, fixing the fenders or putting the tender in the water.

The sharing of spaces and collaboration between people are the main characteristics of a sailing holiday. On board it is important to always be careful about the consumption of fresh water and electricity, in the boats there will be large batteries and large tanks but in any case all the people on board will have to be careful not to waste fresh water or forget the lights on.
