This experience, in a nutshell

Leaving the delightful island of Giglio, we will leave for the island of Elba. After stopping in some of its beautiful bays, we will reach Capraia, the northernmost of the islands of the Tuscan Aricpelago. Capraia is a slice of paradise thrown into the sea between the mainland and Corsica, and the ideal way to discover all its wonders is by sailboat. Among the many wonderful bays, the most spectacular is Cala Rossa.

Driven by the wind, we will arrive in the Gulf of Poets of La Spezia and in the magical Portovenere. After admiring the beautiful landscape that inspired Byron, one of the greatest British poets and stopping in the bays around the island of Palmaria, we will skirt the Cinque Terre, another paradise. Sestri Levante with its twin bays: of Fairy Tales and Silence, is definitely worth a stop. Up the sails! and here we are in the Gulf of Portofino and, along the park of the same name, in San Fruttuoso di Camogli. After Punta Chiappa we will be in the Gulf of Genoa: the ancient port of the city will be our last destination.

From the wonders of Sardinia to those of Menorca, the Balearics

I really enjoyed the cruise with Riccardo. He is an experienced sailor and I trusted him, which is very important, especially if you have make a long crossing between islands, as we did. Riccardo took us to a lot of pretty places, and the trip was filled with beautiful moments like eating dinner together with the entire crew while enjoying the sunset in a lovely bay at anchor, or swimming in the sea during the day to cool yourself down. La dolce vita. The boat is well-equipped and comfortable, and the captain goes out of his way to make everyone comfortable. Obviously there were also some misunderstandings, but honestly, that is to be expected in a group of people traveling and living together for a week, and I think all quarrels which arose were handled properly in the end. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you, Riccardo!
