Our itinerary

I am waiting for you on Thursday evening, you will take your cabin, you will settle into the boat and you will have dinner on board, with a whatsapp chat we will organize ourselves for the galley (food and drink).

The next day when we wake up we will leave to reach Elba for lunch on board and depending on the wind we will possibly find we will go around the island, in stages, clockwise or counterclockwise. We will visit the most beautiful beaches, and in the evening we will stay a night or two in the port (Portoferraio or Porto Azzurro or Marciana Marina). I also plan Easter lunch on board otherwise we will go to a nice place on land.

We will return to Piombino for about 6 pm on Sunday.

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

Fun and relaxation on a sailing boat to discover Elba and Capraia

First experience on a multi-day sailing boat. Basically, I would say that I have collected a different point of view of experiencing the sea, away from the crowds and the usual "schemes" of the typical "beach" holiday (without any judgment, of course). This was perhaps the main goal I had set myself and I would say that it was achieved in full. We visited wonderful places, dived into crystal clear waters, sailed in the deep blue, accompanied by breathtaking landscapes, unforgettable sunsets, moonlight and evenings watching the starry sky lulled by the wave. Fantastic dinners in the roadstead, both for the originality of the context and for the conviviality. Nice travel companions, open to group life with a positive spirit, collaborative and respectful of the places and others on board despite the tight spaces. Skipper Filippo put everyone at ease, managing the situations of the cruise with professionalism, communicating passion, fun, a sense of responsibility and perfect control of the situation. He was also a very nice travel companion, discreet and without excesses. Spacious, tidy and clean boat. From an even more personal point of view, I had a lot of fun with the strictly sailing aspects. I expected it to be a good experience, but, to be honest, I didn't imagine it could be so much. To try!!

This was my first experience on a sailing boat. Actually I was already on the island of Elba, but I must say that living it on a boat is definitely something else! I had the opportunity to reach wild coves surrounded by pristine seabeds (bring mask and fins that is a spectacle!). I bathed while the sun rose and went down and all in a silence that I didn't know could exist. I had a really good time. Captain Filippo was a point of reference for all of us in the crew. He is a competent and professional skipper. Personally, I always felt safe when he was at the helm, even when the weather suddenly worsened. The sailboat is very stable, large (14 meters, 4 cabins) and also there are all the comforts (I did not regret the mainland). I spent 3 pleasantly intense days and I learned a lot from this mini-trip. I did my first experience on the SUP, ate freshly caught fish, saw indescribable starry skies, fiery sunsets over the sea. I learned what it means to take the "sailor's shower" and what it means to "luff" on the boat. I took home the memory of a trip that was certainly unique, which I recommend doing without thinking about it for a moment! Thank you Captain Filippo, thank you crew, thank you Obelix, thank you Elba Island!
