The age range is approximately 23–45 years: we try to find the best possible match between the participants, making the crews as homogeneous as possible by age and creating mixed groups. Life on board is an integral part of the experience and requires everyone's collaboration, the care of one's own spaces and respect for the order of the equipment, always in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
