In 2000 the Sailing and Wellness project began, with the intention of combining sailing with holistic activities such as Reiki and Meditation. For the very experienced Captain Fabrizio, artist and Reiki Master, it has always been a natural choice, a philosophy of life. This philosophy is also shared by Sari, Fabrizio's wife, of Finnish nationality. Assistant skipper, cook and expert yoga practitioner.

Our sailing project has always sought to transform the experience of the sailing holiday more significant and deeper. It could be said that we are now the veterans of the sea and well-being, and over the years we have also participated in numerous projects in the field of social hardship.

We sail from May to October from Corfu to Zakynthos with the boat, our second home, the 14 meter Jeanneau Sun Odyssey, proudly a Greek company under the Greek flag.

Our proposal of WellBeing sailing holidays is aimed at all those who love to totally unite with nature and want to recreate greater contact with themselves, discovering sailing also as a form of Meditation. We have chosen the islands of the Greek Ionian Sea for their beauty and scents, for the light, for the intense blue, for the enchanting bays and the characteristic marinas, where you can anchor and carry out the activities Ben Essere.

Depending on the weather and sea conditions, you will sail between the pretty islands, you will choose to drop anchor in the most evocative bays to carry out activities such as swimming, snorkeling, sup, and you will live the experience of sleeping in the roadstead under the stars!

Being anchored in the bay will allow you to receive a Reiki treatment before sunset, or to practice Meditation, and after a light aperitif, we will be ready for a tasty and healthy mainly vegetarian dinner.

During the week there will be stops in the characteristic villages of the Ionian islands, to dine in the typical Greek tavern.

Boarding and disembarking will be scheduled where airports with international flights are operating, such as: Corfu, Preveza/Lefkada, Argostoli/Sami (Kefalonia), Zakinthos (Zakynthos).

For those who decide to reach Ionian Greece by ferry, it will arrive in Sivota from the port of Igoumenitsa for boarding.

We will welcome a maximum of 2 guests on board who will be accommodated in two very comfortable double cabins with a common bathroom.

It will be a holiday totally immersed in yourself and the surrounding nature!
