Use a soft bag or backpack (not a hard suitcase) and remember to bring:

• towels;
• a pair of shoes with clean white soles (to be worn only on board);
• a good sunscreen and sunglasses (sunscreen oil and spray are not allowed on board);
• The swimsuit
• a jacket for the wind.

This nautical experience is organized by an amateur sports association of which I am the president and instructor. The association is affiliated with UISP and can organize activities only in favor of its members, so at boarding you will be asked to sign the application for admission and pay the annual membership fee of 15 euros. This fee also includes sports insurance.

Arriving in Spezia with the A15 Cisa motorway, exit at La Spezia and follow the signs for Porto Venere SP 331 then SP 350. Pass the town of Marola and then Cadimare. Immediately after the first houses of Fezzano, on the right you will find a covered parking lot (which can be a good option to park your car), enter the roundabout and exit at the second, which descends towards the sea.

Fezzano can be reached in about twenty minutes by bus to Porto Venere (line 11/P) from La Spezia. The bus ticket must be purchased in advance at the tobacconist of the La Spezia railway station.
