From the north or south along the A12/E80 motorway, exit towards Rosignano or Vada and continue on the SS1 Aurelia state road towards Cecina; from Florence you reach the SGC FI-PI-LI and then take the SS1 southwards; the approximate times in normal traffic conditions are: Pisa airport ~50 km and 45-60 minutes, Livorno ~30 km and 30-40 minutes, Florence ~90 km and 1 h 15-1 h 45, Rome ~250 km and 2 h 45-3 h 15; Local road variants are possible depending on the starting point and road network.

The reference station is "Cecina"" on the Tyrrhenian line (Pisa-Livorno-Rome); regional connections connect Pisa Centrale (about 40-50 minutes), Livorno Centrale (about 25-35 minutes) and Grosseto with intermediate stops; from Rome there are Intercity and some regional trains with approximate travel times of 2 h 30-3 h depending on the train; from Florence you can first reach Pisa SMN (about 1 hour) and then Cecina (another 40-50 minutes), with a total time of around 1 hour 40-2 hours.

The nearest airport is Pisa Galileo Galilei (PSA), about 45-55 km away: transfers possible by taxi, rental car or PisaMover to Pisa Centrale and continuation by train to Cecina (approximate total time by train + connection about 1 h-1 h 20); alternative flights are Florence Peretola (FLR) 80-95 km away with road or train transfers via Florence SMN and Pisa, and Rome airports (FCO/CI) with train connections to Roma Termini and subsequent train to Cecina (times vary according to connections).

If all cabins are occupied by guests, the skipper - and any crew members, if applicable - sleep in the dinette.

There are 2 double cabins available on board. Couples have priority in the allocation of cabins. Solo travelers can share the same cabin, even if they are of different genders, depending on the composition of the group and the order of booking. On request, it is possible to book a cabin for exclusive use with an extra charge.

The provisions will be purchased jointly by the skipper and the participants.

The skipper helps out, but meal preparation is a shared activity among all participants in the experience.
