This experience, in a nutshell

Boarding will take place on Thursday evening in the hamlet of the port of Rosignano (Rosignano Solvay), All together we will make the galley for our experience.

We leave on Friday at 7:00 am, weather permitting, with an itinerary that includes sailing to Elba, where we will stop at anchor to spend the night.

On Saturday we sail to Capraia, visiting the coves and stopping in the most beautiful. In the afternoon we will enter the port to be able to go trekking and visit some places on the island. If you want, in the evening you can go to dinner at the Garitta, the best restaurant in Capraia, where you can taste fresh fish caught by Stefano Bellani, world champion of spearfishing.

On Sunday, after breakfast, we will stop in some coves to swim; by 12:00 we will leave to return.

During all navigations it will be possible to actively participate in the management of the boat and the use of the sails; for everyone there is a small school of knots and the nomenclature of the various maneuvers on board.

Our itinerary

Our itinerary includes three main stops:

First stop: navigation to the island of Elba, where we will spend the night in the roadstead. Approximate duration: about 5 hours.

Second stage: continuation towards the island of Capraia, with stops in the most beautiful coves. Approximate duration: about 3.5 hours.

Third stop: return to the port of Cala dei Medici. Approximate duration: about 4.5 hours.

During all navigations it will be possible to actively participate in the management of the boat and the use of the sails, also learning knots and nomenclature of maneuvers on board.

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

Beautiful experience and fantastic beautiful and wild northern Corsica. Very comfortable boat. Francesco the skipper in addition to being an excellent connoisseur of the sea and the places, is an excellent cook and connoisseur of local products. P.s. avoid yogurt in the galley!

If you are looking for a boat experience with a trained skipper: choose francesco! Experience, passion, knowledge and more: excellent (mouth-watering) culinary skills. Francesco certainly does not lack the enthusiasm that he transmits to the whole crew by creating cohesion (crew by the way fantastic in my week). Spacious and comfortable boat. Ps: a piece of advice?! No yogurt in the galley 🤣

Unforgettable sailing holiday with Francesco: an experienced skipper, attentive and always available. In addition to guiding us to beautiful bays, he surprised us with his skills as an exceptional cook. Great people on board, perfect atmosphere from start to finish. An experience that I absolutely recommend!
