A week on a sailing boat with embarkation and disembarkation from the marina of Marsala on board of our boat and Max the skipper, guardian of your travel experience.

A week wandering around the Egadi Islands, surrounded by nature surrounded by wind, sky and sea. Sleeping at anchor, stopping in the ports, exploring all three islands Favignana, Levanzo, Marettimo, visiting places and restaurants for a holiday of relaxation, fun and good food.

Our itinerary

DAY 1 - SATURDAY
Welcome on board, boarding and check-in procedures, cabin accommodation, briefing to get to know the boat and presentation of the tour, organisation and arrangement of the galley. Dinner on board or outside to be agreed with the captain.

DAY 2 - SUNDAY
We set sail! Favignana route (at anchor) Direction Favignana and its main coves Lunch and dinner on board with the chef.

DAY 3 - MONDAY
Favignana - Marettimo port. We will wake up in Favignana, breakfast at leisure, swimming and diving at will... Lunch on board with the chef, in the afternoon sail to Marettimo, to port visit the village, aperitif on board with crudités of freshly caught Red Marettimo prawns. Dinner out in a typical restaurant, evening in Marettimo village.

DAY 4 - TUESDAY
Marettimo ( Rada) Wake up in port, breakfast, review of the galley if necessary, visit to the caves in zone A of Marettimo with local boats. On the way back lunch on board with the chef. Immediately afterwards we will leave the port to move towards the castle of Punta Troia where we will stop at anchor to spend the night.

DAY 5 - WEDNESDAY
Breakfast and sailing around Marettimo, lunch on board with the chef and in the afternoon heading towards Levanzo. Aperitif at sunset at the faraglioni, then move to the roadstead where we will spend the night, visit the village. Dinner on board with the chef.

. DAY 6 - THURSDAY
Breakfast, relaxation, swimming, trekking to Levanzo. Lunch on board with the chef, in the afternoon we will move to the port of Favignana. Where you can visit the village, the Florio tuna fishery, Florio palace.... as well as mulberry granita, Sicilian cannoli, tuna specialities and typical street food, and other typical local eateries. Dinner with a choice of typical local restaurants. Evening Favignana village.

DAY 7 - FRIDAY
Breakfast in Favignana, review the galley, departure. Lunch on board with the chef in the blue Favignana stocking. In the afternoon return to Marsala Porto.

DAY 8 - SATURDAY
Breakfast on board, disembarkation procedures and check-out by 9:00 a.m.

Ahimè è tutto vero! 60 recensioni mi hanno preceduto e non posso far altro che confermare che Massimiliano è stato in grado di regalarci una vacanza unica . Gli ingredienti sono semplici: cuore e talento che mescola con esperienza nell'organizzazione della vacanza , nel programmare le tappe, nella navigazione a vela (il motore serve a quelli che vogliono ingaggiare con lui) e nella cucina. Lui e Zizzania sono una cosa sola , accoglienti e accessoriati , sembra di essere a casa anzichè su una barca a vela . Caro "Professò" continua cosi , saranno in tanti a ringraziarti e ad essere felici a vacanza conclusa

Vacanza meravigliosa sotto ogni punto di vista! Le isole Egadi sono molto belle e Massimiliano essendo siciliano ha potuto e saputo farci visitare anche i luoghi più nascosti e suggestivi di queste terre. È uno skipper dal carattere tranquillo, affabile, simpatico e al contempo discreto, estremamente attento alla sicurezza ed al benessere dei suoi ospiti. È uno Chef vero e da 10 e lode nonché tutto per noi!!! Abbiamo degustato piatti intrisi dei sapori e della tradizione siciliana, dalla caponata, alla pasta alla norma, agli spaghetti alla bottarga, zuppe di pesce e tanto altro. Manicaretti che in barca, e di questa bontà, pure a terra, sono una rarità assoluta. Maya la sua stupenda compagna è il suo dolcissimo braccio destro, la quale ci ha coccolato per tutto il tempo. Nella sua comoda imbarcazione gli spazi sono vivibili e assolutamente non claustrofobici. Hanno saputo offrirci un ambiente sereno, ospitale e molto molto rilassato. Grazie di cuore e alla prossima!

La vacanza in barca con Massimiliano e la sua dolce metà Maya è andata oltre ogni più rosea aspettativa. Sono due siciliani DOC che ti fanno subito sentire a tuo agio, perfettamente complementari tra loro. Max gira le Egadi quasi a occhi chiusi. Conosce tutti e tutti lo conoscono, sa darti sempre il consiglio giusto su dove andare e cosa fare anche quando si sbarca. Maya lo affianca nella gestione della barca, sia nelle manovre, sia in cucina, sia nel tenere tutto in ordine. Pur essendo la settimana di ferragosto sono riusciti a farci girare TUTTE le Egadi, tenendoci fuori dalla bolgia e godendo appieno della bellezza del mare e dei paesaggi. Menzione d’onore e standing ovation per il cibo! La settimana è stata un susseguirsi di piatti tipici, uno meglio dell’altro (venivano dalle altre barche a chiederci gli assaggi…). Caponata, zuppa di pesce e pasta con bottarga le più memorabili. Una bellissima vacanza. Grazie Max, grazie Maya, siete stati eccezionali !

ATTENZIONE! Questa non è una qualunque vacanza in barca, ma una fantastica esperienza in cui vivere a pieno le Egadi e la barca a vela. Abbiamo prenotato l'intera barca per la settimana del 5/8. Il maltempo ci ha impedito di salpare nei primi 2 giorni, ma una volta partiti abbiamo potuto godere degli splendidi paesaggi che Max ci ha fatto visitare, da un'isola all'altra. La vita a bordo con Max e Maya è semplicemente fantastica: il servizio "chef on board" è esattamente come lo si può immaginare, ovvero una garanzia di poter godere di una cucina autentica ed allo stesso tempo raffinata, adiuvate da un eccellente servizio. La barca è estremamente confortevole, sia per quanto riguarda gli spazi interni/esterni che in termini di dotazioni quali SUP e tender. Mille caratteri sono troppo pochi anche solo per descrivere la magia della navigazione a vela con Max, figuriamoci per raccontare nel dettaglio tutta l'esperienza. Restano solo quelli per dire: grazie Max, a presto!
