Regarding clothing, the classic recommendation is to have garments with which you can dress onion, it always works.

So warm and dry clothes (fleece is very suitable) and no clothing with goose down or similar. They get wet and retain moisture.

Since it is the summer season, light garments will prevail, but being able to sail even at night, a pair of long trousers, perhaps a tracksuit, can be useful.

The fewer things you bring, the better.

Simple and fresh dishes will be prepared, so spaghetti and salads will be the masters. Cold cuts and cheeses will complete the galley, with lots of fruit.

There will certainly be no shortage of wine and beer, but also plenty of water.

-      a double sheet without elastic bands to be placed under to protect the mattress (on-board equipment);

-      a summer sleeping bag or a light cotton quilt to cover up;

-      a pillowcase;

-      toiletries and sunscreen in a soft, waterproof case;

-      personal medicines that could be useful, not least some medicines for seasickness (there is a well-stocked pharmacy on board for any kind of eventuality);
