Departure on Thursday at 3 p.m., from Nettuno sailing to Palmarola, expected arrival at 9 p.m. anchoring in the beautiful bay of Spermaturo and for those who feel like night swimming.

On Friday, after breakfast and swimming in the clear and crystalline waters, sailing to Ponza where we will anchor in the beautiful bay of Chiaia Di Luna, sun baths and visit with the tender in the largest cave of the island, lunch on board, around 6 pm we set sail for the bay of Cala Feola where we will spend the night, dinner on board or alternatively at the Marina, a very characteristic fisherman's restaurant, a fraschetta built on the rocks of the bay. 

Saturday morning visit to the beautiful natural pools of Cala Feola then sail around the island passing in the natural channel between the island of Gavi and the Scogliatelli to anchor in the bay of Frontone in the evening at anchor or alternatively mooring at the port to visit the characteristic town of Ponza with its narrow alleys, shops and with its wonderful colors, dinner on board or by booking at Il Pirata, a very special and characteristic restaurant that can only be reached by sea, located in a cave among the rocks and furnished with wooden tables and marine furnishings, the light is diffused by oil lamps and candles, a fixed menu based on fish.
