This experience, in a nutshell

The daily sailing trip lasts about 6 hours, departing from the tourist port of Ostia. We will sail in front of the Roman coast with intermediate stops to relax, sunbathe and, with a bit of luck, we may meet dolphins.

During the outing, participants will be able to try their hand at steering the boat at the helm and participate in sailing maneuvers under the guidance of the skipper.

Fishing enthusiasts will be able to bring their own equipment for any fishing trips.

Our itinerary

Between Fiumicino, Ostia and Torvaianica we will be able to sail the waters of the Marine Protected Area of the Secche di Tor Paterno: an underwater area considered a paradise for divers. Alternatively, we can head north, along the stretch of coast that leads to Santa Marinella. This part of the coast will enchant you with its wonderful castles, such as that of Santa Severa and the Odescalchi Castle. Lunch includes pasta made with fish or shellfish, water, wine, and coffee.

It was a wonderful experience: the Aeolian Islands are a magical place, there is no doubt about it, but I believe that thanks to the skipper Stefano and the sailor Alberto, his son, any wave furrowed by Ulysses' keel can become one in turn. We were lucky, our travel companions at the end of the week became friends rather than crew. If I could, I would leave today. Thank you for everything.

Truly beautiful and unforgettable experience. We discovered wonderful places, spectacular coves and crystal clear waters, experiencing the sea in total relaxation between sunsets, silence and even the thrill of spotting dolphins while sailing. Life on board made everything even more special: sharing days, meals and emotions with people who were initially unknown and soon became travel companions. Special thanks to the skipper, professional, attentive and always available. He was not only the captain of the boat, but a true travel companion who with his passion, kindness and participation helped to make this experience even more authentic and enjoyable.
