The area, with its 53,992 hectares, is the largest Marine Protected Area in Europe . Not yet overwhelmed by mass tourism, the islands of this archipelago offer still unspoiled and wild nature and a mild and warm climate for almost the whole year.
Fresh fish is never lacking on the tables of these islands. Fish couscous, grilled tuna, spaghetti with tuna bottarga, sea urchins, limpets, scampi and lobsters are just some of the delicious dishes that you can taste.
Cous cous fest of San Vito Lo Capo
During the day we will sail between the Riserva dello Zingaro and the stacks of Scopello . In the evening we will return to San Vito Lo Capo , where you will be able to enjoy a truly rich event made of good food, great music, guided tastings of wines, typical products and gastronomic evenings of Sicilian cuisine.
A walk among spices, aromas, cous cous, literary meetings, fusion and world music concerts , all with exceptional guests both in the gastronomic panorama and in the musical and entertainment one. 1st day meeting in Marsala at 16.00, briefing and galley.
2nd day route to Favignana and visit of the most beautiful coves of the island. Night in port in the town of Favignana and visit to the Tonnara.
3rd day breakfast, swimming and sailing to Marettimo. After an afternoon of swimming and relaxation, night at the port or in the cove, to visit the village and to discover, if you like, the tasty local cuisine.
4th day morning Tour of the island of Marettimo with a visit to the sea caves and the integral reserve with the authorized boats of the locals. In the afternoon bow to the island of Levanzo, more baths and a visit to the village by night at anchor.
5th day breakfast, swimming and navigation to S. Vito Lo Capo, lunch and swimming in front of the splendid beach and in the evening visit to the small and famous village of S. Vito, with cous cous tasting and participation in cous cous fest events.
6th day visit to the Zingaro Reserve and Scopello stacks with lunch in front of the picturesque Tonnara. Baths in front of the splendid beach and in the evening visit to the small and famous village of S. 7th day breakfast, swim and route to Levanzo, lunch and swim in the cove, then route to Favignana for other baths and then return in the late afternoon to Marsala
8th day 9.00 disembarkation at the marina of Marsala
