This experience, in a nutshell

In this activity we combine sailing learning with a pleasant journey
From a learning point of view, the course is aimed at obtaining and practicing the knowledge necessary to crew and patronize a cruise ship based on minimum knowledge.

It is the course that complements the teachings of PER and gives us the necessary confidence for our autonomy.

As a journey, we will visit interesting places on the north coast of the east and the Columbrete Islands. On arrival on Friday we will spend the night in the Dagon. We will organize the crossing, heading towards the Sources
On the first day we will insist on the necessary maneuvers under sail and the setting of sails for each heading.

After spending the night embarked at our destination, we will use the second day in route planning and government techniques, to sleep anchored in Columbretes if the wind allows it. The last day will be of general practice on the return route of everything seen.

Sailing Crossing Ibiza Formentera

I was quite disappointed: the boat was filthy and the maintenance not good enough, so we had an engine failure 3 days after we left and were stuck in a Port for 2 days. We couldn't complete the initial route we had planned and the cruise was shortened. I wouldn't be so disappointed if the skipper would have shown somehow he felt sorry or offered a partial refund, We all know some problems can take place when sailing, but the fact is I didn't feel the skipper was concerned by his crew.
