The weather was not the best for the duration of the trip to Corsica (12-26 July 2025), to the point that we returned to Liguria two days earlier. On this aspect, certainly not foreseeable, nothing to say, apart from the displeasure for the objectively unfavorable situation. For the rest, also in light of the different experiences on the boat in the past, I was disappointed and honestly I would not recommend the experience. The crew (skipper and sailor), in my opinion, did not behave professionally: - the knowledge of the coasts was very approximate (for example, during one of the rare days of calm, we passed, by motor navigation, very close to the scenic cliffs of Porto, a Unesco site, without even knowing of their existence and therefore we did not see them); - sailing, when possible, was always a matter that "makes a struggle" (cit.)(it was more the sailor who sometimes managed to overcome the resistance of the skipper), not to mention the use of the tender (the engine was never mounted, used by oars only in Girolata by necessity); - many stretches of navigation, moreover motorized, were so far from the coasts that we could have been anywhere (and other sailboats sailed near the coasts, and not catamarans); - last to get up in the morning, without a shared organization at least for the current day; - the "beer" was the real and only priority... liters and liters of wine and beer left (and between the three guests, practically two of us did not drink, do the math ...); - collaboration nothing in any kind of matter (never seen the sailor, for example, wash his cup of coffee, while he occupied the sofas lying down hours and hours of both navigation and rest time, so much so that I thought that he could write an excellent review...). I could add other examples but I'll stop here. Probably the absence of the owner on board conditioned the behavior, leading them to a laxity that, honestly, I was very sorry about, also given the costs. For the purposes of these (which have risen much more than expected in the description of the cruise) and of the owner, do the math well first with everything that is included, excluded, that is on board, that you leave, that you bring back, because the final moment of the counts is another bad memory of this experience. Too bad because the sea, sailing and sharing beautiful moments in harmony, are and remain my only priorities.

Being a world traveller and now at the age of 64 I seen and experienced plenty and my 14 day trip around Corse with Stefano and other fellow travellers is in my top 5. Highly recommend seeing Corse both on land and especially by boat.

Stefano knows the nautical world perfectly both from a theoretical and practical point of view. He is incredibly good at sailing and amazes you every time in the millimetric maneuvers he does in port! Responsible, sympathetic human creates a serene environment throughout your stay!
