Imagine spending a few days on board a sailboat, with the possibility of meditating at sunset and in the morning, lulled by the sea, the sun and the wind and with the possibility of doing individual REIKI sessions, in the beauty of the magical Island of Elba

Marco, skipper, and Irene, Reiki master and counselor of Being, will accompany you on this holiday of adventure and inner re-connection, sailing in the most beautiful bays of the island.

The beauty of sailing is combined with the freedom of the wind and guided meditative practices in addition to individual REIKI sessions, where you will be pampered, welcomed and listened to and you will be able to experience a deep sense of well-being, relaxation and harmony.

The REIKI 霊気 practice is a powerful holistic practice of Self-reconnection, release of bodily tensions and general well-being, where our physical and spiritual energies are reunited, giving you clarity of vision and renewed energy. We will spend a few days in complete relaxation, alternating nights at anchor under the stars with evenings in the port in the most characteristic towns (Saint Florent).

We will begin each day with the practice of Heart Centering, a deep inner Reconnection meditation of the REIKI practice. During each day there will be the possibility to do individual REIKI sessions during the morning or late afternoon, agreeing on the program together with the participants and the skipper, in line with the weather conditions.

The rate includes accommodation in a double cabin including sheets, individual Reiki and meditation sessions, use of the dinghy and SUP board, fins and snorkeling masks,

The rate excludes food, drinks, fuel costs and mooring in the ports, for these expenses a common fund will be organized (approximate cost 100/120 euros per person).
