This experience, in a nutshell

Imagine spending a week on board a sailboat, with the possibility of meditating at sunset and in the morning, lulled by the sea, the sun and the wind and with the possibility of doing individual REIKI sessions, on the wild coast of northwest Corsica.

Marco, skipper, and Irene, Reiki master and counselor of the Being, will accompany you on this holiday of adventure and inner re-connection, sailing in the wildest part of Corsica (Cap Corse, Ile Rousse, la Saleccia, Agriates desert) with a possible stop also at the island of Capraia.

The beauty of sailing is combined with the freedom of the wind and guided meditative practices in addition to individual REIKI sessions, where you will be pampered, welcomed and listened to and you will be able to experience a deep sense of well-being, relaxation and harmony.

The REIKI 霊気 practice is a powerful holistic practice of Self-Reconnection, release of bodily tensions and general well-being, where our physical and spiritual energies are reunited, giving you clarity of vision and renewed energy. We will spend a few days in complete relaxation, alternating nights at anchor under the stars with evenings in port in the most characteristic towns (Saint Florent).

We will begin each day with the Heart Centering practice, a deep inner reconnection meditation of REIKI practice. During each day there will be the opportunity to do individual REIKI sessions during the morning or late afternoon, agreeing on the program together with the participants and the skipper, in line with the weather conditions.

On board, in addition to sailing, swimming and excursions with dinghy and inflatable board, there will be

Irene who will accompany you in the world of meditation and REIKI for a 360° experience where you can reconnect with your deep core: the Heart.

The rate includes accommodation in a double cabin including bed linen, individual Reiki and meditation sessions, use of the dinghy and SUP board, fins and snorkeling masks,

The rate excludes food, drinks, fuel costs and mooring in the ports, for these expenses a common fund will be organized (approximate cost 150/200 euros per person).

That's why I decided to organize holidays and weekends in sailing where the beauty of sailing and the sea is combined with meditation and Reiki: the boat is the perfect metaphor for knowing how to be with what is there, as it is.

This experience is organized in collaboration with a sports association: for those who wish, it is possible to practice sailing with the skipper/instructor on board.

Our itinerary

Embarkation/disembarkation from Marina di Cecina, first night on board.

Early departure with a direct route to Cap Corse (6/7 hours by boat).

The afternoon will be dedicated to relaxation and we will spend the second night at anchor on Cap Corse or comfortably in the port of Macinaggio.

The next day we sail to the town of Saint Florent with long stops for swimming and relaxation, in the most beautiful places on the coast

(Torre dell'agnello, Barcaggio and Centuri), the night will be at anchor in the Gulf of Saint Florent (port option possible).

In the following days we will make short sailings in the Agriates Desert visiting the most beautiful beaches including Santu River, Loto Beach, Little Lotus and Saleccia.

On the last day, there will be direct navigation from Cap Corse to the port of embarkation with a night on board and disembarkation on Saturday morning by about 11 a.m.

On request, during the outward or return journey, it will be possible to change the route and visit and/or sleep on the island of Capraia.
