To reach Cartí Tupile, the international reference point is the Tocumen Airport (PTY) in Ciudad de Panamá, served by intercontinental airlines such as Copa Airlines, American Airlines and Iberia; from Tocumen Airport you can transfer to the Marcos A. Gelabert National Terminal (Albrook, PAC) by taxi, transfer or city bus in an approximate time of 30-50 minutes. Regional flights depart from Albrook to airports in the islands of Guna Yala, in particular El Porvenir and Playón Chico, operated by national/regional airlines (e.g. Air Panama); the flight time between Albrook and these airports is in the order of 20-40 minutes. As an alternative to the domestic air option, from Ciudad de Panama you can continue by road to the port of Cartí to sail by sea to the islands; times and frequencies of flights and transfers vary according to the schedule of the companies and the chosen airport.

The skipper - and any crew members, if applicable - sleep in one of the boat's cabins.

No, it is not possible to reserve a single cabin, as all cabins are shared between participants in order to maintain the group travel formula.
