This experience, in a nutshell

Red, white, gold, yellow, purple, green.... Milos is an island born from a volcanic eruption, famous for its beaches with incredibly colorful rocks and extraordinary rock formations. Here nature has created art, the rocks are masterpieces of sculpture, its stones look like painted, as well as the beautiful beaches. Petrification hides many minerals and the island is one of the oldest mines in the Mediterranean and for this reason it was the first of the Cyclades to be inhabited. Thanks to its protected bays and indented coastline, it became a pirate island for a long time! The famous Venus was found in Milos, which is on display at the Louvre in Paris!

Under a great sun, carried by the wind, from cove to cove, we will discover the villages and landings of the islands of Milos, the nearby - quieter but also beautiful - Kimolos and Poliegios, an uninhabited island with wild nature and a dream sea. Perhaps the most fascinating group of islands in the entire Aegean. White villages clinging to the rock that look down on you from above, jagged coasts, intense light and a crystal clear sea, churches clinging to unthinkable places and what were once fishing villages and boathouses, today fashionable B&Bs! Caves, stacks and cliffs that rise in cobalt blue water. All together with a warm welcome typical of Greece: these are the Cyclades Islands, the islands of light, which in mythology have given birth to heroes and gods.

Covering about 35 miles in a cruise of 4 days and 3 nights, we will sail to discover this corner of the Mediterranean that is a true wonder of nature!

The Cycladic winds (Meltemi) from the north-north-east can be strong in summer: the following itinerary must therefore be considered as indicative only and will be changed or adapted on the sole decision of the Captain based on the actual weather conditions, in order to ensure a safe and pleasant holiday. to all Guests.

Leg 1

Boarding

In the early afternoon we meet at the boarding point and proceed to load our luggage and settle into the cabins. We get to know each other and after the ritual safety briefing, we go out to sea towards a first bay. A perfect setting to sip an aperitif at sunset between the sea and the rock formations of Milos. If the weather does not allow you to go out to sea in the afternoon, you will spend the rest of the day in Adamas and then visit the island's Chora, Plaka, in the evening, from which you can enjoy the view of a breathtaking sunset.

Leg 2

Day 2

After a healthy breakfast in perfect Greek style, based on coffee, yogurt, fruit and honey, we set sail and continue the visit to the archipelago. You reach Poliegios, an island that surprises with its unspoiled nature and cobalt blue water. We moor at the Blue Bay: perfect for snorkeling, riding SUPs, dinghy or swimming, explore these coves and enter the beach, where goats often peep out, which alone inhabit it and from which the island takes its name. After lunch we calmly go up to Kimolos, where we look for a mooring in the port or in the beautiful bay immediately outside and go ashore to visit the lovely village that retains a very original atmosphere, to enjoy a dinner in a typical Greek tavern.

Day 2

Leg 3

Day 3

After a nice morning swim in a bay of Kimolos, we leave the island and reach Sarakiniko in Milos, very famous and among the most photographed of all Greece, with its lunar landscapes, caves on the sea and those dug by man in the tuff. A perfect, unique and almost surreal scenery that made it famous! The more adventurous try their hand at daring dives from the cliffs above the caves, some simply enjoy the incredible landscape, some explore the area or rest on the beach. For lunch we move to a protected bay and then reach the nearby Fhiropotamos, where we moor for the last night in a wonderful scenery under the stars!

Leg 4

Day 4

We allow ourselves a nice refreshing swim as soon as we wake up in one of the bays that separate us from the port, where we will return by mid-morning proceeding to disembark. We greet each other, exchange photos and addresses and promise to meet again.

Day 4

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

The 10 days on a sailing boat were beautiful. An experience that filled my eyes and heart... it would not have been such if I had not sailed in the company of beautiful people with whom a pleasant connection was created. I thank the "Super Skipper Andrea", a professional: competent, reliable and generous. A holiday that I recommend to those who love the sea and freedom!

Andrea is a professional, always ready to make you happy! We visited beautiful places and in rather challenging wind and sea conditions, which only an expert sailor could make so pleasant!
