From Sassari, follow the regional road network towards the north-western coast and continue on the provincial road to Stintino; the travel time from Sassari is approximately 40-60 minutes depending on traffic; from Porto Torres the journey by road is about 20-35 minutes. For those arriving from the SS 131 coming from central Sardinia, take the exits towards the provincial network in a north-westerly direction and continue towards Stintino; from the main ports of arrival on the island the road connection is direct to the town; Parking and rest areas are available near the city center.

🚆 By train
The reference railway station on the island is Sassari; from here it is possible to continue towards Stintino with regional bus services or taxis. For those arriving from the mainland, the main railway junctions that allow you to reach the ports of embarkation for Sardinia are Genoa (Piazza Principe/Brignole stations), Livorno Centrale and Roma Termini; from these hubs you continue with ferries to Porto Torres or other Sardinian ports and, once disembarked in Porto Torres, the continuation by road to Stintino requires a transfer by car or local bus.

✈️ By plane
The nearest airport is Alghero-Fertilia (AHO), from which the transfer to Stintino by car takes about 45-60 minutes; car rental, taxis and bus connections to Sassari are available with continuation by land to Stintino. Other useful airports are Olbia Costa Smeralda (OLB), with an approximate road transfer time of 90-120 minutes, and Cagliari Elmas (CAG), further away; in all cases it is possible to combine flight + car rental or flight + regional bus to Sassari and then bus/taxi for the last stretch.

The skipper - and any crew members, if applicable - sleep in one of the boat's cabins.

Double cabins are usually assigned to those traveling as a couple, while those booking individually share a cabin with another traveler of the same gender. Spots are assigned in order of booking, except in special cases.

The provisions will be purchased jointly by the skipper and the participants.

The crew is responsible for cleaning the common areas on board. Participants are responsible for cleaning their own cabins.

Travelling light is recommended: especially in summer, when you will almost exclusively be wearing swimwear, T-shirts, and shorts on the boat during the day. A sweatshirt and long pants for the evening may be sufficient in the height of summer, while something warmer is preferable in the cooler months, as well as a waterproof windbreaker in case of bad weather or when sailing. Sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun, flip-flops/sandals for going ashore; if you want to wear shoes on board - especially useful when sailing - they must have white soles and be used only on the boat. It may also be useful to bring a small waterproof container for your wallet/cell phone to use when going ashore. For bed linen and towels, please refer to the “What's included” section.

Hair dryers, hair straighteners, and other appliances that operate on 220V (household voltage) can only be used during stops in ports, when a power outlet is available for connection to the electrical grid.

A soft bag is required for transporting luggage, so that it can be easily stowed away. Hard suitcases and trolleys should be avoided, as they are difficult, if not impossible, to stow. A small backpack or beach bag may be useful for shore excursions.

If you reserve the entire boat for yourself, the detailed itinerary can be agreed upon with the skipper. Otherwise, changes can be agreed upon as long as all participants on board agree.

Small pets are allowed on board but only if you book the entire boat and upon written request to be submitted via the messaging system BEFORE booking.

Yes, but only with electronic cigarettes and no open flames, outside the boat and downwind, and always with full respect for the other participants.

The boat is equipped with both 12V sockets (with USB and/or cigarette lighter connectors) that can normally be used at any time, and 220V sockets that can only be used when docked in ports, once connected to the charging stations on the quay.

Usually, we moor in a bay at night, with the possibility of going ashore using the dinghy. However, we will stop in port, as planned in the itinerary, to refill our water and/or provisions, as well as to enjoy a pleasant evening ashore.
