This experience, in a nutshell

Imagine waking up to the gentle rocking of the waves, the sun rises over the horizon painting the sky in shades of pink and orange. You are surrounded by the endless blue of the sea, a sea that promises adventures and discoveries along the beautiful Neapolitan coast, between the enchanting Phlegrean islands of Procida, Ischia and Capri, up to Ponza and Ventotene.

This is not just a flotilla holiday, it is an experience that overwhelms you, that involves you heart and soul among the magical Phlegrean Islands. Two sailboats and a majestic catamaran move nimbly among these pearls of the Tyrrhenian Sea, immersed in a landscape of extraordinary beauty.

Procida, with its pastel-colored houses overlooking the sea, welcomes you with the scent of lemons and the authentic flavor of local cuisine. Here you can taste delicacies such as pasta with lemon, squid and potatoes, and the famous mother-in-law's tongues, typical sweets that conquer the palate of anyone who tastes them.

Ischia, the green island, surprises you with its lush nature and breathtaking landscapes. Here you can enjoy typical dishes such as octopus salad, eggplant parmigiana and Ischian rabbit, accompanied by a good glass of Ischia white wine, produced in the island's ancient cellars.

Capri, the island of luxury and glamour, enchants you with its sea caves and postcard views. Here you can delight yourself with typical dishes such as spaghetti alla certosina, ravioli caprese and the famous caprese salad, prepared with fresh tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella from Campania.

Ponza, with its cliffs overlooking the sea and its secret coves, offers you a natural spectacle of rare beauty. The Cala dell'Acqua, nestled between high cliffs and surrounded by lush vegetation, invites you to bathe in crystal clear waters and explore the surrounding sea caves. Cala Feola, with its fine white sandy beach, is the ideal place to relax in the sun and enjoy the breathtaking landscape. Cala Inferno, accessible only by sea, is a true paradise for snorkelers, with its waters rich in marine flora and fauna.

In Ponza, there is never a shortage of activities on land. You can hike along the paths that wind through the Mediterranean scrub, discovering ancient archaeological sites and spectacular views. You can visit the charming village of Ponza, with its winding streets and colorful buildings, and immerse yourself in the local culture and traditions. And if you're a history buff, you can't miss a visit to the ancient Roman necropolis and the ruins of the Etruscan acropolis.

Ventotene, with its secluded bays and wild landscapes, gives you moments of peace and serenity surrounded by unspoiled nature. Cala Nave, with its transparent waters and seabed full of colorful fish, is the ideal place to snorkel and immerse yourself in the underwater world. Cala Rossano, with its red cliffs plunging into the turquoise sea, enchants you with its wild and unspoiled beauty. Cala del Porto, with its pebble beach and crystal clear waters, is the perfect place to swim and relax in the sun.

In Ventotene, you can indulge in numerous activities on land. You can take long walks along the paths that run along the coast, discovering breathtaking views and thousand-year-old archaeological sites. You can visit the charming village of Ventotene, with its cobbled streets and ancient churches, and immerse yourself in the history and culture of the island. And if you are a nature lover, you can't miss a visit to the marine nature reserve of Ventotene and Santo Stefano, a true paradise for lovers of marine flora and fauna.

And as the sun sets over the horizon, tinging the sky with pinkish and purple hues, you find yourself at the table with old and new friends, sharing stories and laughter under the starry sky. It is a moment of empathic connection , of intimacy with the sea and with the people who share this journey.

And so, as the journey comes to an end, you look back with gratitude and nostalgia, knowing that the experiences you have had and the bonds you have created will remain etched in your memory forever. And we leave with the promise to return, to find ourselves once again in that infinite sea that has seen the birth of friendships and loves among the splendid pearls of the Tyrrhenian Sea: Ischia, Procida, Capri, Ponza and Ventotene.

A taxiboat will drop you off to give everyone the chance to enjoy the beauty of the island. You can choose whether to go down during the day to enjoy the island during the day or appreciate the Capri nights.

After lunch we will head towards Ischia, where we will stop and choose according to the weather whether to stop and sleep in Ischia at the Aragonese Castle or in Sant'Angelo, one of the most beautiful villages on the island or at Corricella in Procida. After a long aperitif we will go ashore to visit the island.

We will eat while sailing and arrive at the natural arch around 4 pm. In that crystal clear water we will relax and swim before going to port in Ponza. In the evening we will tour the island and after an aperitif at the Tripoli bar everyone will be free to eat wherever they want. There is no shortage of restaurants and street food, we will also be free to organize a dinner on the boat. For after dinner we are spoiled for choice.

The Mediterranean Flotilla: Capri, Ischia, Procida and the Pontine Islands in CATAMARAN

09/27/2023

Giulia P.

The Mediterranean Flotilla: Capri, Ischia, Procida and the Pontine Islands in CATAMARAN

09/6/2023

Martina A.
