I had fun and learned some rudiments of sailing thanks to Andrea who allowed those who wished to help him in maneuvers and navigation. Too bad we couldn't set sail on Friday evening but unfortunately the sea conditions did not allow us. Rosignano is a convenient port for those coming from the north but a bit far from Elba and Capraia for only two days.

The boat has four cabins each with two berths. There were nine of us who booked and I, who arrived last on the boat, did not have a place in the cabin despite having paid a similar fee to the others. Before leaving, in the information chat with the proposer, I was told that I could take advantage of a bunk bed. Another negative thing: it was a holiday without music because it was not possible to get the system to work

My friend and I booked a sailing holiday taking advantage of the last two places available. Unfortunately, at the start we discovered that the number of participants was higher than what had been communicated to us, with a consequent reduction in the spaces on board, which on a sailboat are already quite limited. Also, no one had informed us that it was a bachelor party with a group of 9 men (more than those who were reported on the site and more than the number of people allowed to board) If we had known in advance, we would have definitely chosen another date or requested a refund, as it was not the kind of experience we were looking for. Nicola's willingness must be recognized, who tried in some way to manage the situation. However, throughout the holiday we had to adapt to the needs and schedule of the rest of the group, partially giving up on the experience we expected. Too bad, because with a more transparent communication from the organizing agency it would have gone differently. For the experience I still leave 4 stars, with the hope that in the future more attention will be paid to this type of situation.

I write this review with regret and with a constructive spirit, because I rarely leave negative judgments. Capraia, the water and the sea were very beautiful; Unfortunately, the overall management of the experience did not reflect the expectations created by the announcement. On the listing page consulted before departure, check-in was at 20:00; We arrived at 19:00. On our arrival we were challenged for a delay by referring to a different time, which we had not clearly received before departure. The ad described night browsing as a possibility, not a guaranteed service. In our experience it was not carried out: we were told that the weather conditions were favorable, but that, given the time that the skipper considered late, he would need to rest. The start therefore took place the following morning, significantly reducing the time actually usable over the weekend. I understand that the itinerary and stops may depend on operational needs, weather and safety. In our case, however, the program was much more limited than we expected and requests to evaluate further stops, sunset or alternatives received little or no follow-up. In addition, some of the equipment indicated in the ad was not available during our experience: the SUP was not on board, the awning was not present and the bow sundeck was not usable during navigation because it was occupied by the tender. For what I paid, I would have waited for clearer communications, equipment consistent with what was indicated in the announcement and a management more attentive to the needs of the group. I hope that these comments can be received constructively and contribute to improving the service.
