This experience, in a nutshell

There will be three Yoga classes on board.

The morning before departure we will do Hata Yoga. Depending on where we are, we can do it on a boat but also on land.

Before or after lunch there will be a meditation lesson ; while before dinner there will be a Pranaiama lesson.

For the rest of the day, life on board will allow you to have the classic sailing holiday sailing to your chosen destination, stopping in beautiful coves to swim and sunbathe, spend the night in port or at anchor.

In the afternoon we will be able to enter the port as well as stay at anchor. Passengers will be able to decide whether to dine on land or on the boat.

The next day we will follow a similar program to the previous one with the difference for the return to port in the afternoon at the end of the cruise.
