Wellness Saturday: a day all for you

A special day dedicated to self-care, the benefits of the sea and the pleasure of being together in a dynamic and relaxing environment. An experience designed to regenerate body and mind, with the guidance of professionals who will accompany every moment of the day.

Well-being on the go

Ideal for those who are already active but also for those who, after a more sedentary period, want to start again in a sweet and pleasant way. The activities are designed to be accessible to everyone and adaptable to different needs.

Sailing and introduction to sailing

Boarding is scheduled at 10:00 am at the Marina di Carrara. After a short briefing, we cast off the moorings and begin to sail. During the navigation, an introductory mini-course to sailing will be offered, to discover nomenclature, gaits and winds... and maybe even experience the thrill of steering!

Massages and consultations on board

During the morning, between a turn and a chat, Francesca, a physiotherapist expert in hydrokinesitherapy, will be available for relaxing or decontracting massages of about 15-20 minutes and short personalized consultations.

Relaxation in the roadstead and activities in the water

Anchored between Lerici and Tellaro (depending on weather conditions), Francesca will lead a session of exercises in the water with the use of floats, designed to involve the whole body in a harmonious way. Afterwards, a light lunch on board, free time to relax, sunbathe or take a swim.

Aperitif while sailing

In the afternoon we sail back to the port. The day will end with an aperitif on board, to share together a last moment of well-being and conviviality.

Snacks, cool drinks and the professional support of Francesca will always be available on board, who will be able to advise each participant on exercises and small targeted treatments.
