Team sailing in the autumn on the Baltic Sea , the most beautiful kind in the really most beautiful time :-)
We drive with several boats in a strong team with "Landeiern" and "Seebären". We value a good cooperation in a strong team.
We start in the large and modern marina "Hohe Düne" in Warnemünde , an ideal starting point to explore the entire Baltic Sea region to the west, north or east.
On Saturday we will be well busy with arrival, takeover of the yacht, loading and safety briefing, so that we only leave Warnemünde in peace on Sunday. We will not go far to settle in; Depending on the weather, Gedser (DK) in the north or Kühlungsborn in the west are ideal.
The further course of the journey is determined by the weather (wind) and the wishes of the crew. As a rule, we are back in a harbor every evening, but if the weather allows it and the crew wants it, some night rides are also possible, which in autumn in particular show the whole splendor of the night sky incomparably impressive.
The real destination of the trip are the Swedish Westschären , which fascinate every visitor with their landscape of hundreds of small and smallest islands. But safety always has absolute priority and so ultimately the weather will decide whether this goal can be achieved or not. For safety reasons, the consumption of alcohol is permitted only in ports.
The life on board is determined by teamwork . Although everyone has a fixed task (eg weather, machine, ...) but when cooking, washing dishes, etc., all participate; The same applies to the nautical tasks at arrival and departure, Ausguck, rudder etc.
Do not worry, we have experienced sailors on board, who like to lead beginners gently and gently to their tasks. The comradely atmosphere on board is important to us, so a participant should be communicative and cooperative.
The whole thing has more of a camping atmosphere with a dash of adventure in a strong and supportive community that rejects any form of discrimination or racism.
Anyone who wants to join us is welcome. We look forward to seeing you!
