Day - 1
Finally here we are!!! Departure at 17/18 from the port of Sapri, towards the Gulf of Policastro. It is advisable to arrive around 14: oo to have time to do a small briefing with the skipper and make up the list of the galley. The first navigation will be at night under the stars!

Day - 2
We will spend the morning in the Gulf of Policastro between swimming and diving in the crystalline waters of the island. In the afternoon we will sail towards Palinuro, the overnight stay will be back in the harbor, we will visit the famous blue cave of Palinuro.

Day - 3
We will sail towards Agropoli, here, based on the weather, we will decide whether to stay overnight in the port or in the harbor. Agropoli is a small town in Cilento, also famous for its cuisine, consisting of both land dishes (pasta, vegetables, dairy products, salami) and seafood dishes (fish, crustaceans, molluscs). A typical product of Agropoli are anchovies which are prepared according to many traditional recipes: “mbuttunate” (stuffed, stuffed), “arreganate” (that is, seasoned with oregano).

Day - 4
Departure early in the morning towards the Amalfi Coast, we will drop anchor near the Emerald cave, here we will stop until the early afternoon and there will be the opportunity to visit the cave!
At about 4 pm we will set the route for Capri, here we will spend the night in the harbor near the Faraglioni to see the sunrise of the next day.

Day - 5
Today we are headed to Ischia, we will spend the day in the bay of Sant'Angelo, there will be the possibility to go down to visit the island. At about 4 pm we will sail towards Ventotene, the overnight stay will be in the Roman port, characteristic for its small shops carved into the rock and for the typical flatbread stuffed with octopus.

Day - 6
after a rich breakfast on board, we will set the route for the natural arch of ponza, the natural arch, also known as "u'spacc purp" is about 30 meters high from sea level and has an opening base of 7 meters. The seabed varies from six to three meters. Tradition has it that when you cross it by boat you have to make a wish and this will come true. It is inaccessible by land. The overnight stay will be in the harbor of the Port of Ponza

Day - 7
in the morning we will spend it in Ponza between dives and baths in the crystalline waters of the island, in the early afternoon we will sail towards Palmarola, visit the midday caves and some well-deserved relaxation. The overnight stay will be back in the harbor "from the French", for those who want it, we can have dinner at the restaurant and enjoy the sunset from the French beach!

Day - 8
Guys it's not over yet ... the last hours separate us from the final greetings ... Early in the morning we will set sail in the direction of Nettuno (RM), the arrival is scheduled for about 2 pm, we will check-out and the disruption will take place, all the participants they will have to organize the return trip independently.
Give yourself a round of applause and pack your bags again, you go home… We cannot put the emotions you have felt, the new friendships you have made or the new loves that have been created into the program.
