This experience, in a nutshell

Nella suggestiva cornice di Procida e Ischia, tra i colori e i profumi del mare e le verdi colline dell’isola, due date già programmate per trascorrere il fantastico lungo week-end di Ognissanti per rigenerare corpo e spirito In questa location magica, che ci accoglie con le sue bellezze naturali e le acque terapeutiche, incontreremo il nostro “luogo sacro” attraverso pratiche di meditazione e yoga in una comoda imbarcazione a vela. A bordo sarete guidati nelle sessioni olistiche.

Saremo a bordo di una comoda barca a vela di 15 metri, del 2015, con 4 cabine matrimoniali - 1 cabina letti separati e 3 bagni con doccia, per un massimo di 8 partecipanti. Scorri le foto in galleria qua sotto per vedere la barca!

ITINERARIO

1° giorno – Sabato 29 Ottobre 2022
Possibilità di arrivo dalle ore 10:00 alle 13:00 alla nostra Base di Marina di Procida Sistemazione a bordo. Accoglienza e introduzione alle pratiche olistiche, Hatha Yoga alla Corricella al tramonto. Cena a terra oppure in Barca.

2° giorno – Domenica 30 Ottobre 2022
Ore 8.00/9.00 Risveglio Hatha Yoga: riattivazione della circolazione e respirazione, pratica dei namaskara, asana, rilassamento. Dopo aver fatto Colazione ecco diretti in veleggiata verso Ischia.
Pranzo. Acque termali baia di Sorgeto / oppure Poseidon / Spiaggia Cetraro / San Francesco.
Yoga e meditazione in barca.
Rada a Lacco Ameno o porto Forio.

3° giorno – Lunedì 31 Ottobre 2022
Pratica Hatha Yoga al risveglio.
Navigazione verso S. Angelo. Sosta Relax in Rada a S. Angelo e passeggiata alla vicinissima Spiaggia Maronti, famosa per le fumarole benefiche.
Pranzo/ Snack e pronti a Salpare verso l’immortale Capri. Pratica olistica in navigazione.
In rada alla famosissima Marina Piccola, vicino ai Faraglioni, si potrà scendere a Terra e fare una passeggiata nella Famosa piazzetta.
Notte all’ancora in Rada a Capri oppure nella vicina Puolo, Sorrento.

4° giorno – Martedì 1 Novembre 2022
Risveglio Hatha Yoga: riattivazione della circolazione e respirazione, pratica dei namaskara, asana, rilassamento
Navigazione verso Procida, Baia della Corricella oppure Chiaiolella. Sosta Relax in Rada e Pranzo a bordo. Entro le ore 16 si rientrerà nel porto di Procida.

AN EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED. Bad communication with Sailsquare, which never answers the phone. Reception on arrival at the marina quite poor. Boat with very uncomfortable bathrooms and cabins, only the large and comfortable living area. Boat with obvious maintenance deficiencies: an engine that broke down on the first day (repaired after several hours of waiting), a decidedly dead battery, with the need to constantly resort to parallel to start the engine. A non-homogeneous group (two Italian couples and two English speaking couples), with a professionally trained (Italian) skipper, but who spoke almost only English. The destination is beautiful (both the islands and the Amalfi Coast), but structured in a real fraudulent industry aimed at plucking tourists: in Amalfi an evening in the port 450 Euros, of course without invoice. In Procida 230 Euros, with a ridiculous invoice, without the number of the holder, of the issuer (false, therefore). In Capri a buoy (illegal) outside the port 150 Euros, naturally in black. Figures that in the civilized world would be staggering, even higher than those of the port of Saint Tropez. Where are the Law, the Coast Guard that would have supervisory duties, the Guardia di Finanza? Not to mention the restaurants: a plate of spaghetti with clams costs 30 Euros, while in Santa Magherita Ligure, where I live and which is certainly not a cheap destination, it costs 19 Euros. Never again!!!!

The expectations of a sailing holiday were not met as there was never the opportunity to raise the mainsail as only the last one, after the insistence of the crew, they tried to raise the mainsail but without success as it was poorly rigged. Which, by the way, was reported at the departure having had the opportunity to read the previous reviews, so this inconvenience added to the boat delivered dirty and with refrigerators working halfway due to a battery life problem and never reported except during the cruise. Organizer certainly not able to satisfy such an experience, so overall the judgment is certainly disappointing

Beautiful holiday despite some inconveniences, the organization is very good, the boat very nice and our skipper Fabio super kind and really very helpful. I can only recommend it.
