This experience, in a nutshell

This route will take us to visit the three major islands of the Tuscan archipelago.

Throughout the route we will stop in the bays that we consider the most beautiful for lunch, relaxation and swimming in the sea. Furthermore, depending on the weather conditions, a navigation route will be at night, so that you can admire the shooting stars which are abundant during this period.

Starting from the coast of Tuscany we will head towards Porto Azzurro , worldly but characteristic. It offers shops, clubs, but above all beautiful beaches where to have a regenerating stop.
The island of Giglio , sadly famous for the sinking of the Costa Concordia, offers a fascinating medieval village for its imposing walls, a crystal-clear emerald sea with rich and fishy depths.
We will be able to circumnavigate the sailing island to admire the coast and stop in the winking bays.
We will resume the route and stop at Rio Marina , which is the most authentic town on Elba.
In Capraia we will visit the most beautiful bays of the island including the Motrola famous for its crystal clear waters and full of underwater life and Cala Rossa , a unique little bay in the whole Mediterranean for the particular color of the rocks due to minerals.
In the evening we will be able to enter the pretty little port or stay at the buoys and go down with the small boat to then visit the town, divided into two hamlets, the very welcoming and lively marina and, further up, the real village, which is a very beautiful village and well cared for.

Life on board is relaxed and fun, making new friends and working together to manage common life.
Who wants to can enjoy the sun and those who want to learn, will find in our skipper a valid teacher who will gladly give the helm to those who want to try their hand at it, supporting it with valuable advice.

On board, everyone can freely choose whether to relax and enjoy the holiday in complete relaxation, or whether to try to get in the game by experimenting with maneuvers or taking the helm (under the supervision of the skipper).

Everyone is asked only to participate in the life on board , everyone as he wants and can do, in an atmosphere of fun and mutual collaboration. A box will be created on board to cover the costs of the galley, ports and fuel.

The activities of our association are guided by the ethical values that are the basis of our daily actions: we sail according to the principles of responsible tourism, with respect for the environment to guide us. Our main fuel is wind and our energy is solar.
On board we will collect waste separately and we will not use disposable plastic dishes.

Magnificent weekend of sailing on the island of Elba

Positive experience with some flaws. In fact, this amateur sports association promotes the sharing of life on the boat in unison with all the members. In reality, the skipper himself deprives guests of a freshwater shower, while enjoying it for himself, the concept of sharing is lost. Positive experience for sea, journey and cleanliness. Negative for the skipper's attitude as it was unwelcoming and helpful with respect to the needs and requirements of the guests, every request was a small problem, from disembarking with the tender in port to the denied freshwater shower and not least the constant smell of pipe both inside and outside the boat.

Shooting Star Cruise in Corsica with return at night

Maria M.

Alessandro is a gentle skipper under the rind of the hard and grumpy sailor. Attentive to everyone's needs, he knows how to introduce the crew members to the authentic and essential values of the sea, sharing his skills and opening, sometimes jealously, his boat "[hidden]" to those who, like me, wanted to abandon themselves to the breeze of the wind.

Alessandro is an exquisite person as well as very competent and helpful. He always made us feel safe in every situation, even in those where the weather was not the best. Relaxing and fun cruise, great music, shame about the little wind. We'll have to come back! Undoubtedly recommended experience.
