The style of the holiday is structured around sailing as much as possible, making guests learn the basics of navigation, trying to convey my true passion for sailing to guests. All this accompanied by relaxation and good food and the discovery of wonderful places that only our seas can offer us.
ITINERARY
Friday : departure from the port of Cecina by 11 am sailing for 5-6 hours if possible drop anchor before entering the port in some cove (cala della Mortola, cala di Porto Vecchio) lunch and dinner on board .
Saturday : during breakfast we decide together about the day whether to go trekking or a boat trip. If we decide to go trekking we can visit the former penal colony or for the more trained you can reach the sighting towers, packed lunch and dinner at the restaurant. If we go out by boat we sail towards Cala Rossa one of the most suggestive coves of Capraia, we have lunch at Moretti in another cove and in the evening we return to the port or, if the weather permits, we spend the night at anchor.
Sunday : walk in the village and departure for Cecina at 12.

GRAND SOLEIL 34
The mythical Grand Soleil 34 is a true legend: designed by Finot in the 70s, it remained in production until the 80s with over 300 hulls built.
The look is typical of the 70s, the smart blanket, the reliable solutions
A large shipyard begins with a large boat and Sipla thus began with a 34-footer designed by Finot in 1972 in the foggy plain of Bologna. Few people know that after a few years Sipla became Cantiere del Pardo, destined to become known also abroad and to create its historic models.
The hull has the classic chalice shape, rudder with skeg, which is reported, that is, bolted to the hull, as in the Comet 910, and bolted cast iron stem with a modern profile (as then, even now).
The impulses are accentuated, vertical for the stern which is characterized by that round glass and slightly concave bow.
The construction involved full laminate by hand for the entire hull with embedded iron reinforcements in the fin area and two longitudinal currents, as well as the presence of a non-structural counter-mold glued with resin and stucco to the hull itself, in order to complete the furnishings .
The deck is in balsa sandwich for the bow area and side decks, while the other areas are in solid laminate. The quality of the laminate is still very good today, such as to avoid osmotic phenomena.
The deck is functional, flush deck at the bow, therefore space for those who want to do a regatta with bowman or for those who want to sunbathe, simple and bright deckhouse thanks to the two screwed windows and cockpit with wide and long tiller steering, completed by a deep locker where there are the diesel tank and access to the engine.

Do not bring trolleys on board but comfortable bags to store. Bring sheets and a sleeping bag, a towel, and winter clothing (windbreaker or oilskin, gloves, shoes with white soles to be used only on the boat). Children can come aboard.
On board the kitchen Monica is the cook and companion of the skipper, the galley must include the skipper and cook. There is no need to have sailing experience but the desire to collaborate.
For those who want, trekking can be organized in the various places that can be reached. If it rains you decide on the spot what to do always taking into account the state of the sea, the destinations can change according to the weather, if conditions permit we can decide the various stages together.
For those wishing to change departure dates or to extend the WE by a few days, contact the skipper.
