D.3 Passage through the islands, lunch break at Riou if the weather is favourable and then Les Embiez for the night

D.4 direction Les Deux Frères at the foot of Cap Sicié for the lunch break and the last swim then direction Toulon

Day 2 PortCros and Le Lavandou with night at Anse du Gau
