This experience, in a nutshell

The goal of the weekend is to show the captain how to organize the crew and the boat for a week with friends or for a charter.

The following topics will be covered:
- verification of safety equipment, documents
- checking the boat and checking the engine by looking at the main wear parts
- Study of the route, the weather and the winds according to the destination.
- Management of the galley, also evaluating the essential, the perishable and the necessary
- Night navigation, safely under sail and / or motor
- Use of the navigation tools and applications available today
- Safe anchors
- Moorings: stern, bow, English (distributor)
- Management of the crew, as a resource and not as a burden

Top Experience! Mattia is very prepared and helpful. He immediately established a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, in which we were free to try and try again the maneuvers and ask all sorts of questions. On the first evening, after a great dinner, we saw correspondence, planning, check to do before a rental and other theoretical hints. On the second day we studied the engine, and then spent most of the time in port trying English moorings, bow and stern. We closed on Saturday with a nice sail of a couple of hours at sunset. On Sunday there was no wind, but leaving the port independently, under the supervision of the skipper, we faced a beautiful navigation of about 12 miles and at our destination we tried anchorages and more moorings and exits. Return to the port and again the last moorings and then say goodbye. Super recommended!

We had a wonderful time on board. Great company, great food, manage to visit some really lovely little towns and hike the Path of the Gods. I feel completly zen after the holiday. Would highly recommend and book again.
