A trip for those who want to treat themselves to a week of authentic presence.

A time to simply be, together, rooted in the present moment. The intent is to let go of stories, expectations and distractions, to open ourselves to an experience of deep connection with our essence, with life, with the other.

We will cultivate this quality through practices of awareness, meditation, authentic communication, embodiment and free expression, facing with openness what the journey and the encounter between us will want to bring us.

Every experience, inside and outside of us, will be an opportunity to recognize ourselves as creators of our reality, a living and indivisible part of Life itself.

"To feel is to heal": we will welcome joys and difficulties in the collective field of presence, supporting each other in letting emotions, energies, changes flow. As the sea does, we will teach ourselves to renew ourselves, at every moment.

Navigation will follow our inner rhythms, in harmony with what the weather will grant us.

It will be an intimate, transformative experience, dedicated to small groups: two couples of friends, or four people who do not know each other yet.
