Use a soft bag or backpack (not a hard suitcase) and remember to bring:

• pillowcases and sheets or the "sleeping bag";
• towels;
• a pair of shoes with clean white soles (to be worn only on board);
• a good sunscreen, after sun and sunglasses (sunscreen oil and spray are not allowed on board);
• The swimsuit
• a sweatshirt for the evening and a jacket for the wind.

• Pillows and a light blanket.
• There is no household electricity on the boat (so you won't find an electrical outlet for the hairdryer or to charge the computer).
• We have solar panels that provide energy to the 12-volt batteries, in the cabin you will have a USB socket to recharge your smartphone, remember the cable.
• The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat.

The galley is the shopping for meals, at boarding the group of participants will decide the menus, create the common fund and go shopping.

During the cruise, the group will take care of the meals. The skipper instructor eats with the group, but is excluded from these tasks and from the common fund.

This nautical experience is organized by an amateur sports association of which I am the president and instructor. The association is affiliated with UISP and can organize activities only in favor of its members, so you will be asked to sign the application for admission and pay the annual membership fee of 15 euros. This fee also includes sports insurance.

BY CAR:

From Florence: A11 motorway (Firenze Mare), continue on the A12 (Genoa-Rosignano).

At the Rosignano exit, take the SS n.1 highway towards Grosseto, exit at "San Vincenzo Nord". Continue towards the city centre.

From Rome: A12 motorway (Rome-Civitavecchia), at the end of the motorway take the S.s. n.1 motorway towards Livorno.

Exit at "San Vincenzo Nord". Continue towards the city centre.

BY TRAIN:

From the North: line: Florence - Pisa - Livorno - Grosseto railway with a stop at San Vincenzo.

From the South: Rome - Grosseto - Livorno railway line with a stop at San Vincenzo.

The Marina is just a few minutes' walk from the train station.
