This experience, in a nutshell

Also called the "seven pearls of the Mediterranean" are named after Eolo, the God uncontested by the winds. Short distances separate the islands between them. They are wild and wild like Alicudi and Filicudi, domesticated by people like Lipari and Panarea, assaulted and solitary, such as Salina, or effervescent, like Vulcan and Stromboli. It's definitely a spectacular experience not to miss surfing in this corner of paradise, with millennia landscapes, wonderful backdrops, deep grottoes, beautiful beaches, vast bays and wild cliffs. Sailing between the islands is not particularly difficult.

Aeolian Islands - Catamaran Cruise

Marco is definitely an experienced sailor, his CV speaks for him. I would add the ability to make "crew" without imposing anything, the long experience in charter navigations, the care in the cleanliness of his boat and the sympathy. For me it is worth the maximum vote.

Un bell'equipaggio, tempo splendido, capitano simpatico scansafatiche.

Marco is undoubtedly a good sailor, a sea wolf, attentive and safe. Tips for Marco and Sailsquare: - the program is not detailed - the information is partial and confusing - personally I did not like the flotilla (although unofficial, there is and the decisions are taken together by the skippers), which however limits the freedom of choice of the catamaran. - there is little transparency and clarity in the costs of ports and buoys - Marco you have made a list of your goals, also ask what are those of the cruise passengers - Some decisions should be shared with the crew, especially if they involve an extra cost, and should not be given for already taken. Finally a note on the catamaran. It is clean and tidy impeccably.

Marco is an excellent skipper and he made our holiday one we will always remember with a smile. His catamaran is very well kept and comfortable and he sailed us to some wonderful islands and bays that without a boat you could never see. Marco is a great host, always happy and always looking after his guests and would get us a table in nice restaurants on the occasions we ate off the boat as he knows the islands and the people very well. He sailed alongside a few other boats in an informal flotilla which was nicely done as we were independent whilst being able to meet other sailors from time to time. Giovanni, Davide and the other fellow flotilla skippers were great people too. We would highly recommend the holiday and Marco to everyone who wants a great sailing holiday.??????
