This experience, in a nutshell

A week on a catamaran sailing among the beautiful Saronic Islands, departing from Lavrio, a few kilometers from Athens and easily accessible from the airport.

The itinerary combines the best of Greece: pristine bays with crystal clear waters, quiet car-free islands, picturesque villages and extraordinary archaeological sites to explore. Sailing is always pleasant and suitable for every level of experience, with the wind gently accompanying the discovery of breathtaking landscapes.

This holiday is designed for those who love the sea, the slow pace, the contact with nature and the authentic atmosphere of Greece, with moments of relaxation, regenerating swims and sunset dinners on board.

Also perfect for those approaching life on a boat for the first time: the comfort of the catamaran and the expert guidance of the skipper make the experience safe, fun and unforgettable.

Leg 1

Cape Sounion – First sunset

If the arrivals allow it, we already set sail on Saturday in the late afternoon for a short sail to Cape Sounion.

After a few miles of sea, we stop in the roadstead under the promontory dominated by the Temple of Poseidon.

It is the most natural way to enter the dimension of the holiday: first swim, aperitif on board and quiet night in the bay.

If it is not possible to leave on Saturday, the route will start on Sunday morning, keeping the rest of the program unchanged.

Cape Sounion – First sunset

Leg 2

Hydra - timeless elegance

One of the most fascinating islands in Greece.

No cars, only stone alleys, historic houses overlooking the sea and a scenic natural harbor.

Sunset walk, panoramic monasteries and taverns overlooking the sea.

Hydra - timeless elegance

Leg 3

Dokos

Short navigation to Dokos, a wild and sparsely inhabited island.

Here there are no ports or nightlife, only clear sea and silence.

You spend the day swimming and snorkeling, with the boat in the roadstead.

The night is quiet, under a sky full of stars.

Leg 4

Poros

We sail to Poros, separated from the Peloponnese by a narrow channel.

The entrance to the port is pleasant, with the village climbing the hill.

In the afternoon you can climb up to the Clock Tower for a view of the gulf or simply stop along the promenade.

In the evening, the port is lively but never chaotic, perfect for an informal Greek dinner.

Poros

Leg 5

Nea Epidavros

In the middle of the week we dock in the marina in Nea Epidavros.

From here you can reach the Theater of Epidaurus, famous for its acoustics and immersed in the landscape of the Peloponnese.

The evening is quieter, in a seaside village less touristy than the islands.

Nea Epidavros

Leg 6

Aegina

The navigation continues towards Aegina, a lively island linked to traditions.

Those who want can visit the Temple of Aphaia, in a panoramic position on the Saronic Gulf.

The port is lively, with markets and shops selling local products — pistachios are serious business here.

Aegina

Leg 7

Agistri

Last stop in Agistri, small and green.

Turquoise bays, pine forests that reach down to the sea and relaxed atmosphere.

It's time to really slow down: bathing, sunbathing, some chatting on the deck.

Lunch at sea and return to Lavrion, arriving on Friday evening.

The itinerary described is to be considered a rough idea, an idea of what it can be on board and during shore excursions. The skipper will make the decisions regarding navigation and life on board; This is for reasons of safety, necessity and weather forecasts.

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

Kornati Islands: a week on a catamaran among the pearls of Croatia

Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to take part in the cruise on the actual dates. There was another cruise with Massimo the following week that seemed to have space still but unfortunately when we asked if he could rebook us to the following week somebody else had just booked that day. A small financial gesture from Massimo would have been appreciated.

What a beautiful and relaxing trip. We cruised from island to island, with plenty of time for swimming, paddleboarding, and leisure time. There isn't a whole lot of time dedicated to exploring on land, definitely more of a pleasure cruise, but what a beautiful area to explore and relax.

Bravo Massimo and also Andrea. Very nice boat and great company. We really enjoyed it, considering that it was the first experience with sailing. Too bad that there was not much wind and therefore little sails were used. Good bye!!! Giuliano & Tiziana
