This experience, in a nutshell
Experience dedicated to lovers of the sea and sailing, with many miles of navigation, attention to the routes even far from the coast and to the maneuvers of adjusting the sails, we will use a little engine only when the wind does not really help us. All this in the enchanting setting of some of the most evocative routes of our coasts, Cilento, Tropea, Capo Rizzuto, up to the Salento peninsula. An itinerary where white beaches intersperse with overhanging rocks and where in the evening it is impossible not to be tempted to go ashore for an evening in some place with that beautiful charged, simple and genuine cuisine.
You don't need to be an experienced sailor, but it is useful to have already sailed. It is also an opportunity to learn how to manage a latest generation boat, with a lot of technology and solutions that are a little different from the more traditional boats. For those who want, there is plenty of time available while sailing to work on weather and routes, review gaits, refine in adjusting the sails, coordinate in the roles of tailer / mainsail and helmsman, and learn together the many little secrets of sailing. The teaching is set up according to North Sails' Trim approach. Although I know that someone else will prefer not to have wind to take a nice nap admiring the view with half-closed eyes.
Then we start from Salerno, with the marina a stone's throw from the train station, we go around Calabria and arrive in Otranto. I then continue to Corfu: after Otranto I can host on board two members who want to come with us to the Diapontie islands in front of Albania, that of the nymph Calypso of Ulysses, and then arrive in Corfu (this stretch in friendship, only common cash and no additional costs).
