This experience, in a nutshell

Our base will be San Vincenzo where we will meet on the first day to stock up and prepare for departure.

We will initially sail along the coast passing through Populonia, Gulf of Baratti, and then reach Punta Ala and the Maremma regional park.

It will be a holiday in the name of nature, many sailings to discover coves that are difficult to reach from land.

On the way up we will pass through the Island of Giglio and the Island of Elba.

Our itinerary

Meeting in San Vincenzo in the early afternoon to stock up and prepare for departure.

We will have a short briefing where the captain will give the directives on board and explain the week's itinerary. We will sail along the coast passing in front of Populonia to get to the Gulf of Baratti to have dinner at anchor where we will spend the first night.

In the following days we will sail until we reach Punta Ala, the entire Maremma regional park, Talamone, Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, skirting the promontory we will be able to admire the most hidden coves, caves, islets, the most beautiful beaches or those accessible only from the sea.

The jewel of the holiday will undoubtedly be the beautiful island of Giglio that will welcome us with its beautiful sea and coves in which you can take a dip.

Passing through Elba we could make a climb up to Mount Capanne 1090mt from where it is possible to see the entire Tuscan Archipelago.

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

From Tuscany to northern Corsica, a sailing marvel

Really fantastic week. We managed to stick to the program Fortunately thanks to the weather and I must say combined both the visit to beautiful bays and beaches and really lovely villages. Not knowing the areas, Francesco carefully guided us in the choice of destinations, given his in-depth knowledge of the area. Furthermore, although overall we did not find much wind, it was guaranteed that the sail would ALWAYS be open in search of the right "thrust", which is rare during the other weeks on a sailing boat. So highly recommend if you like sailing

Southern Corsica & Maddalena - embarkation and disembarkation from Tuscany

The destination, the southwest of Corsica, is a guarantee of beautiful bays with blue sea and clear seabed. Arriving there with the crossing from Tuscany added the right element of "travel", also allowing you to get to know some glimpses and inlets of the island of Elba. Francesco is a skilled and prepared skipper, who promotes active interaction within the group, and raises the sails whenever possible. Certainly a very positive person, who prefers staying at sea to docking in port (never done in the whole trip🙂), and who transmits his authentic passion for the sea. I found the boat efficient and comfortable, and, in short, it was really a beautiful "holiday tour".

Francesco is a reliable and scrupulous skipper, the boat is comfortable and comfortable. The itinerary was, albeit with some defections due to the climatic conditions, beautiful.
