This experience, in a nutshell

Under a great sun, carried by the wind, from port to port, from cove to cove, we will discover the villages and landings of the Aegean islands. White villages clinging to the rock that look down on you from above, jagged coasts, intense light and sunshine, crystal clear sea, churches, castles and monasteries, along with a warm welcome.

These are the Cyclades Islands, the islands of light, which in mythology gave birth to heroes and gods.

Red, white, gold, yellow, purple, green... Milos is an island born from a volcanic eruption, famous for its beaches with incredibly colorful rocks and extraordinary rock formations. Here nature has created art, the rocks are masterpieces of sculpture, its stones look like painted, as well as the beautiful beaches. Petrification hides many minerals and the island is one of the oldest mines in the Mediterranean and for this reason it was the first of the Cyclades to be inhabited. Thanks to its well-protected bays, it became a pirate island for a long time! The famous Venus was found in Milos, which is on display at the Louvre in Paris!

Milos and the nearby Kimolos and Poliegios, true masterpieces of nature, alone are worth the trip. We will spend three or four days in the area, visiting as much as possible, and then start the ascent of the Aegean towards Cape Sounion, where the Temple of Poseidon overlooks the sea, which owes its name to this incredible place.

Leaving Milos we will sail into the heart of the Cyclades. Heading to Cape Sounion, we will definitely visit Sifnos, now considered a chic island in the Cyclades; wind permitting, if you want to sail we can allow ourselves a digression to the East towards Despots, with its archaeological site and Antiparos. We will then land in the more secluded Serifos, with its Chora that enjoys a breathtaking view, and from here we will proceed to Kithnos. After visiting Kitnos and the beautiful famous beach overlooking two bays, the thermal waters reachable on the east side by scooter, we will head to Cape Sounion for a dip under the temple of Poseidon and from here we will enter Lavrio for the last evening on board.

Let's dispel a myth, the boat holiday is no longer a chic holiday, but an experience within everyone's reach, a dip in the big blue and unspoiled nature. You come to rest, to disconnect from the frenzy, from the rhythms and duties of life in the city. A holiday immersed in the sea, the sun and the wind, an economical and original solution for the summer. All you need is joy, respect for others and a pinch of spirit of adventure.

A holiday you will remember for a lifetime ... and that many of you will want to try again!

Leg 1

Day 1 Boarding

Boarding in the afternoon in Adamantes, the small port of Milos, we settle on board and go to the galley. Depending on the weather and the preferences of the crew, we choose whether to have dinner in the port and visit the Chora of Milos or if you can go out and sleep in a nearby bay.

Day 1 Boarding

Leg 2

Day 2

We set off at sea early in the morning and passing north or south of Milos depending on the weather, to visit some of the most spectacular bays that have now made the island famous. We continue to Poliegios, an uninhabited island opposite Milos, with blue waters and a jagged coastline with stacks, caves and colored rocks. We move to Kimolos for the night, very pretty with the characteristic caves carved into the tuff rock, once a shelter for boats now a B&B for a few wealthy people.

Day 2

Leg 3

Day 3

In the morning we take a last swim in Kimolos and head towards the nearby Sifnos. We head for the south-western side, towards Vathi, a protected and sleepy bay where we relax on the beach and walk around the small and pretty village. Stop for the night in Vathi or Kamaros, a few miles further north.

Day 3

Leg 4

Day 4

Wake up early, after a nice breakfast we set sail heading for nearby Serifos, a rocky island, with steep coasts where the inhabitants live between the pretty port and the beautiful Chora on the hill, from which you can enjoy a surprising view. Lunch on board and dinner in the tavern.

Day 4

Leg 5

Day 5

At an early hour we set sail towards Kithnos, on the way we choose a bay for a stop and continue northwards, where the main village and the most beautiful and famous bays are located.

Stop in the bay or in the village according to the weather and everyone's preferences.

Day 5

Leg 6

Day 6

From Kithnos we continue to nearby Kea, we allow ourselves a stop for lunch and a nice swim. After resting we cross the canal that leads us to Cape Sounion, the southernmost promontory of Attica, dominated by the famous temple of Poseidon. Mythology has it that it was here that the King of Athens Aegeus, believing his son to be dead in the challenge to the Minotaur, threw himself into the sea, which forever took his name. Weather permitting we sleep in the bay at the foot of the promontory, or directly in Lavrio. The next morning we say goodbye.

Day 6

The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or technical or logistical reasons, in order to ensure safety and a pleasant sailing experience for all participants.

The 10 days on a sailing boat were beautiful. An experience that filled my eyes and heart... it would not have been such if I had not sailed in the company of beautiful people with whom a pleasant connection was created. I thank the "Super Skipper Andrea", a professional: competent, reliable and generous. A holiday that I recommend to those who love the sea and freedom!

Andrea is a professional, always ready to make you happy! We visited beautiful places and in rather challenging wind and sea conditions, which only an expert sailor could make so pleasant!
