This experience, in a nutshell

A week immersed in the primordial magic of the Aeolian Islands, sailing by catamaran in the kingdom of Aeolus, ancient god of the winds. A journey between sea, sky and volcanic land, to discover an archipelago where nature speaks with strength and ancestral beauty.

You will meet Stromboli, the fire giant that enchants with its continuous eruptions and wild energy, and Vulcano, a primordial island and home of the god of fire, with its fumaroles and thermal waters that tell of the living power of the Earth.

Each day will be a balance between navigation and yoga practice, in a continuous flow of breath and movement. The sunrises and sunsets at sea will become your sacred space, a natural setting to reconnect with yourself, between silence, wind and infinite horizons.

An experience of deep harmony between elements, where the journey is not only between the islands, but also within you.

Our itinerary

Our trip starts here:

Capo d'Orlando.

Check-in: 5:00 PM

Our trip ends here:

Capo d'Orlando.

Check-out: 8:00 AM

Leg 1

Capo d'Orlando or Portorosa

Upon arrival at the base at 3:00 PM, you will meet your crew for a welcome briefing and to arrange onboard supplies. Boarding and transfer to your catamaran will begin at 5:30 PM. If all the preparations are completed in time, we will try to leave immediately for Vulcano, the first of the Aeolian Islands. After about three hours of sailing, we'll reach the southern part of the island, anchoring in the Bay of Mulberry Trees or in the Porto di Levante. Depending on your arrival time and weather, you can enjoy dinner on the island or a simple walk along the shore, while meditation and holistic activities will accompany you already during the navigation.

Leg 2

Sunday: VULCANO / FILICUDI

At 8:00 a.m., we start with Hatha Yoga on land—on the beach or on the pier, depending on the anchorage and morning light. After the holistic practice, we will be ready for breakfast and a morning dedicated to the discovery of Vulcano, with the choice between a bath in the sulfur springs or a walk in Vulcanello. As soon as everyone is back on board, we will set sail for the most remote and poetic of the Aeolian Islands: Filicudi. At Capo Graziano, we'll choose a bay for a swim—perhaps near the Grotta del Bue Marino or La Canna—to relax and snorkel before moving on to Porto Pecorini. There, we'll have a dinner on land at the home of a local lady and spend the night anchored under an incredible blanket of stars

Leg 3

Monday: FILICUDI / SALINA

We wake up to Hatha Yoga and Sun Salutations on land, followed by breakfast as we set sail for the famous Bay of Pollara in Salina—the small town where Massimo Troisi's masterpiece, 'Il Postino', was filmed. Before sunset, we will reach Santa Maria di Salina. After a session of Pranayama and yoga in the enchanting anchorage in front of the marina—the true heart of the Aeolian Islands—we'll be ready to moor.

Leg 4

Tuesday: SALINA / STROMBOLI

We wake up with a Hatha Yoga session on land, at the Marina di Salina or in the charming village of Lingua. After the holistic practice, we will enjoy a hearty breakfast in Lingua to taste the world famous granita "Da Alfredo", before departing for Stromboli and its hypnotic magic of fire. We will arrive in the late afternoon to admire the eruptions from the sea, a truly primordial spectacle. After a quick dinner on board, we will go ashore to explore the "Gekki Island". The day ends with a nighttime meditation under the stars while we are anchored in the quiet bay

Leg 5

Wednesday: STROMBOLI / PANAREA

We start the day with Pranayama and a morning yoga stream on the beach, followed by a traditional breakfast of granita and brioche on land. Recharged, we set sail towards the iconic Strombolicchio and then towards Panarea. The day unfolds with relaxing stops for swimming at Cala Junco—a breathtaking natural pool of turquoise waters—and the islets of Lisca Bianca, home of the famous Grotta degli Amanti, and Lisca Nera. In the late afternoon, we drop anchor in the spectacular Bay of Milazzese. After an evocative yoga session on board, we'll be ready to go ashore and soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the island

Leg 6

Thursday: PANAREA / LIPARI

We start with Pranayama and a morning yoga stream on the beach of Milazzese Bay. Once back on board, we set sail south towards Lipari, with a relaxing stop and lunch at the magnificent White Beach—the famous pumice quarries known for their Caribbean waters. In the late afternoon, we drop anchor under the Monastery, going ashore to explore the lively village of Lipari. We will end the day with another quiet night anchored under the stars

Leg 7

Friday VULCANO/CAPO D'ORLANDO

We start the day with Pranayama and a morning yoga stream on board, ready to set sail towards the Faraglioni of Lipari for a relaxing swim among the rocks. Then we head to Vulcano for lunch, hidden in one of its suggestive coves between Punta Gelso and the Grotta del Cavallo. Here, we'll admire a spectacular coastline with varied landscapes and the reddish tones typical of this island. Before returning to our home marina for a final evening of celebration together, there is still time for a last swim at Vinci Beach, famous for its natural fumaroles. We will end our trip by sharing memories and toasts under the stars

Leg 8

Capo d'Orlando or PortoRosa

After breakfast, disembarkation will take place at 9:00 am, leaving us with a heart full of sea and the spirit of Sicily

A beautiful week between beautiful places and a fabulous crew. The skipper Luca, a great connoisseur of the place, took us to beautiful places, both at sea and on land, as well as managing the crew well. Also commendable of recognition was Salvatore, second skipper. Very nice Marianna who came to greet us but who due to personal problems could not be one of us. I highly recommend it to those who still have some doubts.
