The main routes include the entrance on the A1 or A12 up to the branches towards the SS1 and then the transfer to the local roads for the last kilometers; in Punta Ala, access is via municipal and provincial roads to the parking lots located close to the town.

Reference station: Grosseto, on the Tyrrhenian line (Rome-Grosseto-Livorno-Genoa); Regional and Intercity connections from Roma Termini with approximate times 2h30-3h00, from Firenze Santa Maria Novella 2h00-2h30, from Pisa Centrale 1h20-1h45. From Grosseto station you can continue by bus (local operators such as Tiemme) to Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala with a journey of about 40-60 minutes, or by taxi or private transfer with transfer times of around 30-40 minutes; During the season, bus runs can be increased.

Most practical airports: Pisa Galileo Galilei (about 120-150 km), Florence Amerigo Vespucci (about 120-150 km) and Rome Fiumicino (about 170-200 km); Grosseto airport with limited commercial traffic. From the main terminals you can continue by rental car, taxi or train transfer: from Pisa and Florence it is possible to reach Grosseto by train with total travel times around 2h-2h30; from Rome Fiumicino trains to Rome Termini and connections to Grosseto with total times between 2h30 and 3h. Car rental and taxi services are available at airports and train stations for the last stretch.

Double cabins are usually assigned to those traveling as a couple, while those booking individually share a cabin with another traveler of the same gender. Spots are assigned in order of booking, except in special cases.

The provisions will be purchased jointly by the skipper and the participants.
