Dear Fabio, I'm turning the empathy that you showed in our first weekend with you last year, (since you refer to it by responding to Cristina) there was not, you have repeatedly responded badly, we looked like kids redarguiti by the teacher when they make a marachella!! But we are on vacation!! We would really like to be pampered in a respectful and friendly atmosphere. Several times and on several occasions, a little everyone has expressed the desire to disembark in the middle of the holiday if not for the excellent company, they would have done it. I'm sorry to contradict you but I was present when Cristina asked for the receipts, we were shown by Franco a sheet written in pen, in which he listed the various expenses, but without receipts ... she didn't check them because they weren't given to her!!! To take up your words Fabio; on board you eat what you buy... I think it is more appropriate to say that on board you eat what you find .. Franco had already bought everything, according to him there was no shopping for fresch products

I am also Cristina's travel companion and ..... what can I say? All the fantastic reviews about Fabio I do not share! I confirm his not too kind ways, inadequate for those who deal with hospitality. Franco more helpful and friendly, as a cook in the norm. And the canoe.... oh yes! It remained packed in the hold. In short, look and do not touch! Of course the judgments are subjective, I do not align myself with most reviews.

The boat was dirty and the cabin at the stern too small for two people. Fabio, clearly fed up with his work by now, managed to create a heavy atmosphere on the boat with his rude ways. we were presented with a bill of over 1200 euros of expenditure (excluding ports, water and gasoline) made by the 'cook' (without showing us even a receipt). Considering that pasta was made for 6 evenings in a row (for 3 evenings more guests had dinner on the ground), and during the day we ate bread, tomato and cold cuts, the accounts just do not come back. Also the croissants we bought the night before for breakfast had been opened and eaten by them before we woke up (not!). They used disposable plastic dishes so they didn't have to wash. We asked to use the canoe three times, but Fabio replied that it was to be 'unpacked and inflated' so the canoe was never seen. In 8 we decided to disembark a day earlier than expected. Never again. Guys avoid these people.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SPONDER'S ANSWER: Incredible to think that she had already been our guest last year and is back again this season ..... Normally I never comment on the reviews received (also because they are all fantastic, indeed I take this opportunity to thank the reviewers) this time instead I am forced, as the complaints about the catamaran that has small cabins are commented on by themselves, the judgment on my work I leave it quietly to free interpretation ...... while I cannot tolerate being accused of stealing !!! For our habit the receipts of everything you spend are present on board until the end of the holiday (all our guests have seen Franco fight with a flood of receipts) and this week Cristina had raised the problem of expenses and she was given all the pile of receipts that obviously did not check !!!! Finally x dilute remember that on board you eat what you buy .... it seems obvious to me!!!
